Summary “I hate everything and everyone,” the girl sneers. Hatred, despair, envy, bloodlust, pessimism, compassion, persistence and anxiety—burdened with all manner of negative emotion, she mutters to herself…. “I want to be happy.” With his parents moving to America for work, Jinno Kyoji returns to his hometown, Kurehito City, after several years of absence to live with his mother's cousin, the free-spirited Saitama Yamiko. There, he encounters several girls he shares a history with. Kazuyagi Akane, the strong-spirited tomboy he grew up with. Namiki Aoi, a gloomy girl who's Akane's best friend. Misono Kiika, a graceful, good-natured classmate of his from his old school. In three years of absence, his hometown and its people have changed ever so slightly. Despite some hiccups, Kyoji's peaceful days in his hometown begin. At least until he meets a mysterious girl on his way to his first day at school. Violet hair. Large, striking eyes. Skin that's paler than the driven snow. "Welcome home," she says. "My name is Yuka. Remember it." And wherever Yuka is, one mysterious, inexplicable figure is always nearby—a monstrous man by the name of Gore Screaming Show. Kyoji's encounter with these two figures marks the end of his peaceful days—as they bring chaos, violence, madness and despair into this world. Will Kyoji and the girl he loves be able to escape the madness and return to their peaceful days? Or will they— Ending Guideline / Suggested Route Order Basic Spoiler Akane -> Aoi -> Kiika -> Yamiko -> Yuka Extended Spoiler Start with either of the three cover heroines. After finishing Akane’s, Aoi’s and Kiika’s routes, Yamiko’s route is unlocked. After clearing Yamiko’s route, Yuka’s route is unlocked. After finishing the game there are still optional cg (Black Sheeps all heroines version) to collect under the cg collection header and a secret ending. For the secret ending you must clear all heroine routes. There are a total of fifteen heroine endings to clear. This guide has save and load spots to effectively gain all endings. The fifteenth ending is in the cg collection section. After the first route you can skip the prologue on a new game. To start Yamiko’s and Yuka’s routes you must start a new game. You can skip the prologue. You can choose any order for the cover heroines but I heavily recommend not doing Kiika’s route first due to the content. For reference I personally choose Aoi > Akane > Kiika. The recommended order however is as shown below but you don’t have to follow it. The good endings are always at the last choice in this guide and the bad endings are before the load points. The game uses affection points (there will be colored hearts after certain choices) to determine the ending you get. It is advised to follow the guide even if the choice hurts the specific heroine’s bonds. You should do this because certain bad endings will be locked if you get too close to the target heroine. For example if you pick all of Kiika’s correct bond choices you can not get [The Avenger’s Requiem] Ending. While you may want to avoid bad ends it is important to note that certain bad ends do contain cg, lore, and interesting scenes. You do not need to select all of the correct bond choices to get the good endings. If you want to see what a certain choice does you can always save and load the game without any consequences. Some scenes may disturb certain viewers but I still recommend seeing it through. While these scenarios may be hard to watch there is usually a reason they are being shown. If it gets too much you can always take a break or turn on the gore filter. Even if you need to take a break I strongly advise reading this classic to the end. If you can’t finish it no matter what, I advise you to read other eroge (SubaHibi, Bokuten, Saya no Uta, Muramasa, Yumemiru, etc. You can always use VNDB to find similar tags or scroll through JAST’s store) to help build up your tolerance.
