A bit about me: I used to be a casual reader, did a few reviews for the website here back in the day. My fav VNs are Rewrite, Song of Saya and G-Senjou no Maou. These days I spend a lot of my time working (argh), playing magic the gathering (irl? woah!), playing table tennis and a bit of video gaming here and there when I have the time. Glad to be back! The fuwanovel discord which you may or may not have used during its timeperiod is actually being flooded right now with a bunch of phone nerds, because we grouped up with the Android Visual Novels discord members. It's still quite active so hop on if you like. From checking the userlist I guess you are familiar with ppl like @Okarin @Tyrosyn @sanahtlig @Zakamutt @Okami and some others. When I played, more than 20 years ago, I liked to make powerful, trendy decks (in the middle of Combo Winter, that wasn't such a hot idea). But the prices in Standard and Extended soon spiked, and I decided to call it quits. I wish I was rich enough to play it, and play it seriously. So far, just a pipe dream for me. Funny Rewrite, Song of Saya and G-Senjou no Maou ware all in my top favorites at some point too, thrue before I "Disconnected" from VNs and anime scene I was mostly reading only Yuri VNs and my favorites ended up being The Shadows of Pygmalion, Kindred Spirits on the Roof and Fatal Twelve. Right now I am trying to get back into VNs and anime and all, and I think I would probably go for psychological titles or JRPG/VN hybrids when I do start reading VNs again. @Zakamutt Oh I completely forgot to mention you in my own comeback topic, nice to see you are still around. From the swedish viking with too much powerlevel that called others autistic he turned into a capable pseudo-admin fulfilling all our tasks splendidly and in no-lazeball-mode. When we started communicating this, old people were like "omg, if you mod Zaka this will be a clownshow here!" and knowing him for like 4-5 years and him growing into one of my best friends I can definitely vouch for him being a capable admin. You can always have new people into contact, although of course having another old guard here is always welcome. Anyway feel free to ask for VNs recommendations if you need it (There's really a lot of change nowadays when it come to translated VNs, most notably with both of Muramasa and WA2 are already translated), and hopefully you'll be able to enjoy yourself here again.
