Nosebleed Posted November 6, 2013 Share Posted November 6, 2013 Katahane Summary The story takes place in a world with 3 kingdoms: the Red, White, and Blue Kingdom. In this world exist highly-advanced dolls, some of them closely resembling humans. These dolls occasionally need maintenance, a task performed by a “tuner”. A young playwright named Wakaba wrote a controversial play about a traitor named Ein who killed the ruler of the White Kingdom, Christina. In Wakaba’s play, she presumes that Ein did not betray Christina, but was actually her loyal supporter. Cero, a friend of Wakaba, needs to make a trip to get Coco, a doll that lives with him, maintenance. Wakaba and her brother Light decide to come along with him. Wakaba travels in the hopes of finding some actors for her play. Along the way, they meet a beautiful doll with one wing named Belle and an aspiring actress named Angelina. Ending Guideline / Suggested Route Order Katahane is a very simple multiple perspective Visual Novel. The story is divided into two arcs: 1) Shirohane - the main story with Wakaba and gang 2) Kurohane - the historical events talking about the end of the reign of Christina The 2nd one happens in between the main story and has no choices, it's kind of a historical background. There are only 3 routes total. Coco's route (True Ending) can only be unlocked after completing both Wakaba's and Angelina's routes. It doesn't matter which you chose to complete first as long as you do both. There are also no bad endings, only 2 endings and one true ending. There is a particular feature in this novel called ACV (Another Character View) that appears at random stances. Changing the selected character means that the next prespective change will be that of the character you selected previously. To get certain routes you need to change the character prespective as indicated in the guide. That is all, on with the walkthrough.
