A definite no for the iso files, as far as I know. There is the Android version of Visual Novel Reader, which essentially acts as an emulator, but I think it needs some porting work/a specific file format for the VN to run so you wouldn't be just able to use all of your PC copies for it. I never used it though, so maybe someone with more experience can guide you through how it works in practice.

There is also the issue that more modern VNs use more RAM than they should.   I say this because there is absolutely no reason a game devoid of actual gameplay should need 6GB of RAM to function.

As for playing VN in the android, if I remember there's a program that allow the VN with Kirikiri to be played in android. Although it's not exactly by using the ISO though, but instead it used the converted files and the size itself was shrunk so that it can be fit on android HDD. As for playing the actual ISO into android, well maybe there'll be some way in the future but as of now there's no way to play VN in android with actual ISO.
