I finished the first route and I wonder what will happen next, though I already prematurely seen some (admittedly contextless) spoilers such as the fact that Spoiler Fusaishi Haruki (Which is apparently not his real name) is the main villain and the final scene features him and Chiemi riding on the motorcycle out of the forest and back into civilization. You can rest easy. There are a lot of major plot points to unveil, and what you mentioned in your spoiler isn't entirely accurate anyway.
