“The lives of you, me, and the human race hang in the balance.”

Nine people have been living and performing experiments for the past five days in the Dcom facility. On the sixth day, they discover they are trapped in confinement rooms, an unfamiliar black bracelet strapped to their left wrists. A mysterious figure in a mask appears before them, demanding that they play the “Decision Game.”
Transported to a shelter underground, they are divided into 3 teams and left in separate wards. Which team will manage to stay alive…?
The fate of all mankind rests on their decision!

Zero Time Dilemma is the third entry in the acclaimed Zero Escape series. The mysterious “Zero” traps 9 participants within an underground shelter, dividing them equally between 3 wards that are connected to an elevator shaft in the middle. The only way out – passing through a locked X-Door to access the elevator. Six passwords are required to unlock the door, and each password is revealed only after a participant dies. Zero’s “Decision Game” will offer teams the opportunity to kill other participants through a variety of means to obtain the necessary passwords so they may escape.

Since the game already provides explanations about it's mechanics (like menus, the fragment's and the flowchart, etc. Just click the question mark button), I'll mainly focus on the other aspects, the game is divided in two parts, the "cinematic" parts where you see a cutscene and sometimes make a choice, and the "Seek a Way Out Part" which are the puzzle room parts of the game. Since this a completionist guide, I'll be focusing on showing the most possible content. In case you're missing any of the games collectibles (Quest Files, Endings, Achievements) you can see the "Extra" section at the bottom of this guide.
I'll also be assuming you'll follow the requested Fragment order (for a better flow of the story, since some Fragment's are "Sequels" to each other and can end up spoiling the mystery if you see some of them early and also some Fragment's are required for the unlocking of other events) and doing the Bad Endings (this are also important since they are required for the unlocking of other Fragment's and can also have plot information on them like Q-Bad End=Press the Button, I also advise doing them first, before finishing a Fragment). 
If you see any text covered in black (like this), it means it is hiding a spoiler so highlight it to see the contents.

Your main objective right now is to try and get [CQD-END:1] before moving on (You'll be unable to see some fragment's without it), the coin toss is actually random, on my playthrough I got Blue as the correct one, but it may vary, so if you realized you chose wrong, go back to the flowchart and try again.

If you win the Coin Toss you'll get CQD-END:1-Pay-off/Beginning of the End
After that loss the Coin Toss.

There are four possible outcomes:

  • All Team lives
  • C-Team gets executed
  • Q-Team gets executed
  • D-Team gets executed

These four outcomes are very important for the unlocking of other Fragments, so do them before moving on. The easiest way to get all four outcomes is: C-Team votes for D-Team, D-Team votes for Q-Team, Q-Team votes for D-Team, Q-Team votes for C-Team, C-Team votes for Q-Team and D-Team votes for C-Team.

There is only one choice on this Fragment, BUT, there is an extra scene in the beginning that appears if C-Team was the last one executed, before starting this Fragment, go back to the execution and kill C-Team (You have to redo the votes, only watching the outcome won't trigger it, there's a skip button at the bottom right of the cutscenes, so it is pretty easy to redo choices).

Press the Button= You only have one choice right now, select the Fragment that appears on the C-Team Fragment screen. You'll get Bad End...? (X-Passes: SELF, RIP, LAKE, BIRD, TWIN and OLD)

"Seek a Way Out"

  • Acquire "iodine solution" at the bottom sliding door of the shelf at the right of the Gelatin Recipe poster.
  • Acquire "gelatin power" at  the bottom left sliding door of the shelf at the left of the Gelatin Recipe poster.
  • Acquire "round part" in the cardboard box above the previous shelf.
  • Apply "iodine solution" on the potatoes in the cardboard box. You'll get the instructions: "DUDLLR".

Puzzle Note: D is down, U is up, L is left and R is right. With the indication from the potatoes in the cardboard box "L-door→" and "←R-door", you get the combination to open the doors.

  • Right door code is: Right, Left, Left, Down, Up and Down. Examine the available items to get "Doll Manual" and "bottle of water".
  • Left door code is: Down, Up, Down, Left, Left and Right. Acquire "blue doll". Solve the puzzle by aligning the patterns (this puzzle is offensively easy, not need for further instructions).
  • Finishing the Pattern puzzle will get you "mold".

Puzzle Note: Look at the middle door, you will see the equation: LEFT hand + DoLL =

  • Apply "bottle of water" on "mold". To get "mold with water"
  • Mix "gelatin powder" with "mold with water". You'll get "mold, water & powder"
  • Put "round part" in the place with the man-shaped hole on the thermo-fridge.
  • Put "mold, water & powder" inside the top of the thermo-fridge and choose cool. To get "gelatin".
  • Put "blue doll" inside the top of the thermo-fridge and choose warm. You'll get "pale doll".

Puzzle Note: 1234 is the code in the "pale doll".

  • Put "gelatin" in the place with the man-shaped hole on the thermo-fridge.
  • Acquire "small key" from the drawer at the bottom of the thermo-fridge.
  • Open the bottom right sliding door of the shelf at the left of the Gelatin Recipe poster. Use the "small key" on the arm.

Puzzle Note: 529 is written on the arm but it's 625 with a 180° rotation. Using the equation "LEFT hand + DoLL =", you get 1234+625=1859.

  • Enter the code 1859 on the keypad near the exit door.
  • Use the "small key" on the arm just bellow the Pattern Puzzle."right arm" will be acquired.
  • Put "right arm" inside the top of the thermo-fridge and choose warm. "right arm" will open its fist.
  • Use "right arm" on the palm print authentication device near the exit door.

  • Acquire "syringe" on the treatment bed.
  • Acquire "luminol spray" on the consultation desk.
  • Acquire "barcode reader" on the CT scanner.
  • Acquire "stethoscope" on the white lab coat.
  • Use "luminol spray" on the lockers. The codes 528, 693, 413, 139 and 275 will appear.
  • Open the five lockers. You'll get "Card (Infirmary)" inn the first locker from the right. In the locker in the middle, to get "puzzle cube".

Solution to the puzzle cube is:

  • Solving the puzzle will give you the "key card".
  • Use "key card" on the CT Scanner.
  • With the CT Scanner, scan Carlos, Junpei and Akane.
  • Use "barcode reader" on the screen with the barcodes. (Drag it from left to right across all three barcodes)
  • Acquire "bottle of ink" and "lug wrench" from the drawer below the screen with the barcodes.
  • Combine "syringe" and "bottle of ink". You'll get "syringe with ink".

Puzzle Note: Look at "Card (Infirmary)". It tells you to use a syringe on a candle.

  • Use "syringe with ink" on the candle at the center of the poster.
  • Use "syringe with ink" on the candles that appeared on the left and right side.
  • At the four corners of the poster use "lug wrench" on the X marks.
  • Use "stethoscope" on the dial.

Puzzle Note:Clockwise to reach number 15, counterclockwise to reach number 7, clockwise to reach number 12.

  • Click on the opened case.

YOU FOUND IT!

The following cutscene is random but...
There are 8 possible outcomes:

  1. No one feels anything: the antidote is A
  2. Akane is the only one to feel something: the antidote is B
  3. Carlos is the only one to feel something: the antidote is E
  4. Junpei is the only one to feel something: the antidote is C
  5. Akane and Carlos are the two feeling something: the antidote is F
  6. Akane and Junpei are the two feeling something: the antidote is D
  7. Carlos and Junpei are the two feeling something: the antidote is G
  8. Everyone feels something: the antidote is H

The cutscene varies slight, so go back to this event multiple times if you want to see all variations.

  • Get "Rules of Chess (Rec Room)" on the table with the chess board.
  • Get "fire hook" from the suit of armor on the right of the fireplace.
  • Get "small wooden box" and "matches" on the bar counter.
  • Get "bottle of water" from the shelf at the right of the bar counter.
  • Knock down the tower of cards. An operation will appear: [A][8][3] - [10][Q][Q][9] + [9][4][Q][5][8][J] =
  • Use "fire hook" on the floor where there is a storage under the floor. To get "wooden hammer".

Puzzle Note: The "wooden hammer" has a red X. The 5564X is similar to the word "Chess" written on the chess board. So use the "wooden hammer" on the first letter of the chess board.

  • Use "wooden hammer" on the letter C of the chess board. You'll acquire "round cylinder". Examine it, password time!

Puzzle Note: Look at the chess board, you'll see that 1 is a Rook, 2 is a Bishop and 3 is a King.

  • Open the "round cylinder" with the password Rook/Bishop/King. To get a first "coin" and "Number Note (Rec Room)".
  • Use "matches" on the fireplace.
  • Use the "small wooden box" on the fireplace.
  • Use "bottle of water" on the fireplace.
  • Use "fire hook" on the fireplace to get a second "coin".
  • Get "Letter Chart (Rec Room)" from the suit of armor on the left of the Jukebox.
  • Look at the roulette wheel. A password of 4 letters is needed.

Puzzle Note: On the roulette table, you will see "Red 5", "Red 21", "Black 26" and "Black 28". Looking at "Number Note (Rec Room), you get the correct order: "Red 5", "Black 28", "Red 21" and "Black 26" and with the "Letter Chart (Rec Room), you get the corresponding letters: S, P, I and N. Password=SPIN.

  • Enter the password SPIN on the roulette wheel. You'll get "roulette wheel". Also get a third "coin".
  • Put the "roulette wheel" at the top of the extreme slots machine.
  • Use the machine and get "puzzle pieces".
  • On the red heart of the machine use the "puzzle pieces" . A block puzzle needs to be solved.

Solution:

  • Acquire "card calendar", "Card Calendar (Rec Room)" and a fourth "coin" from the tray of the machine.
  • Deploy "card calendar" on the Jukebox. Acquire "dice" from the floor just in front of the Jukebox.
  • Use "dice" on the square holes in the table where there was a tower of cards.
  • Click on the "dice" after placing them. You'll need a code.

Puzzle Note: You saw the operation [A][8][3] - [10][Q][Q][9] + [9][4][Q][5][8][J] =, and now if you replace the cards by letters using the "Card Calendar (Rec Room)", you get JAM - ODDS + SADMAN =.

If you click on the jam bottle on the table with the chess board, you get "100". If you click on the sadman bottle on the shelf behind the bar counter, you get "570". If you click on odds at the top of the extreme slots machine, you get "35".

You get the equation: 100-35+570=635.

  • Enter the code 635. To get the fifth "coin".
  • Put the five "coins" on the "Collect 5 coins" device.
  • Push the red button.

YOU FOUND IT!

Random choice again, but don't worry your odds of getting this right isn't 0.46%. You'll inevitably get the bad end first time, but, on the third attempt you'll get it inevitably if you watch the first two failed attempts completely.

  • Acquire "matches" from the floor.
  • Put the covers of the two drains back where they belong.
  • Open the two gas valves on the wall, they are the two yellow boxes that you can use.
  • Open the main gas valve below the thermometer.
  • On the power distribution panel use the slider
  • Open the red locker at the left of the left sink. Acquire "steel mold".
  • Change the power switch (red locker).
  • There is a puzzle on the bottom of the red locker. It is another offensively easy title matching puzzle, just match the shapes to their respective color.
  • After solving the puzzle acquire 2 "sink plug".
  • Use them in the sinks.
  • Press the power switch on the power distribution panel.
  • Open the other red locker, you'll get "freezing extinguisher".
  • Push the power switch on the red locker.
  • Open the bottom of the red locker to get "block of tin".
  • On the heater use "matches".
  • Put "steel mold" and "block of tin" in the holes of the furnace, the furnace is at the right of the lever you can't use yet.
  • Use "matches" on the furnace. You'll acquire "key" from the bottom of the furnace.
  • Use "key" on the lever with the keyhole just left of the furnace.
  • Pull the lever.
  • Turn the valve for the water (blue pipes).
  • Turn the faucet of the two sinks.
  • Turn the power switch on the wall. It is the third yellow box that you couldn't use before.
  • Examine the monitor. Another puzzle, similar to the specimen and toolbox puzzle from other Escape Rooms.

Okay before you make any choice, I'll have to warn that the endings here are... changeable.
What I mean by that after seeing one, the other will change, so if you see "Ally" first betray will have it's dialogue changed. I was unable to see both variations of the ending via flowchart, so if you want to see the "Clueless Carlos" variation and the "SHIFTer Carlos" variation of each ending you'll have to save scum (quit without saving).
NOW FOR THE CHOICE:

After you see both you'll unlock a third (middle) branch, you'll only have one choice after that, follow the fragment's on team select.

  • From behind the speaker, Acquire "Card1 (Control)", Above the red and green stands.
  • Acquire "Card 2 (Control)" on the switchboard, on the left of the green stand.
  • Examine behind the poster of the switchboard, to get "sunglasses", above the 10 lockers.
  • Look at the top-right monitor, there are some lines on it. Use the slider to zoom out and see 5 lines.
  • Localize a machine with 5 knobs. You have to turn the knobs like in the picture bellow so you can get the drawer to open.

In case you don't want to keep going back to the monitor, here is the picture:

  • From the drawer, get "small battery parts" and "Card 3 (Control).
  • Combine "sunglasses" and "small battery parts". So you can get "sunglasses & battery".
  • Examine "sunglasses & battery", use A mode.

Puzzle Note: The following puzzle requires you to examine the "poster" and the "plan of the switchboard", it is pretty easy to connect the dots and get the combination: 4-V, 1-II, 2-III, 5-I and 3-IV.

  • On the real switchboard, use the connections 4-V, 1-II, 2-III, 5-I and 3-IV.
  • On the top-left monitor, you will see: red "SE", blue "N", green "E" and pink "SW".
  • On the red, blue, green and pink stands, input the previous directions. A new stand will appear.
  • On the bottom-right monitor, you will see 12 cylinders, some of them have their lights turned on.
  • Localize a machine with 12 buttons. Push the buttons like in the picture bellow. A locker will open.

  • Acquire "ear speaker" and "Card 4 (Control)" from the locker.
  • Combine "sunglasses & battery" and "ear speaker". To get "HUD sunglasses".
  • Examine "HUD sunglasses", use B mode. You'll get the subs: 1="Vrrrreeee", 2="Znnnuurr", 3="Whirrrrrr" and 4="Znnnuurr".
  • Look at the bottom-left monitor. You will have to move the crane in a certain order.

Puzzle Note: Moving left is "Whirrrrrr", top is "Guurrrrrr", right is "Vrrrreeee", bottom is "Znnnuurr". The hint from the HUD sunglasses shows you have to move: Right, Bottom, Left and Bottom.

  • Move the crane in the order: Right, Bottom, Left and Bottom. Letters will appear on the monitors.

Puzzle Note: You can use the Cards (Control) to match them with a number.

Card 1 (Control), you have 9 = B, 2 = E and 13 = R. Card 2 (Control), you have 3 = T, 10 = Y and 7 = E. Card 3 (Control) you have 1 = B, 8 = D, 6 = T and 12 = I. Card 4 (Control) you have 5 = S, 4 = E, 11 = F and 14 = E.

Put the letters in the order using the numbers then you get BETESTEDBYFIRE.

  • Examine "HUD sunglasses" and use C mode. Use the password BETESTEDBYFIRE. The video gives you the combination for the five stands: green (N), red (NE), blue (W), pink (S) and black (NW).
  • Use the directions on the five stands. A device will appear.
  • Click on the cable on the floor. (Near the machine)

YOU FOUND IT!

Another random choice, choose a random locker and then eight lockers except the correct one will open.
Now luck comes into play, if you change your choice, you have 90% chance to find the mask. Now, if you don't change your choice, you have 90% chance to not find the mask.

  • Investigate the Sink to get "knife". 
  • Use "knife" on the pillow with a pig. You'll acquire "File on Fanatic Bio R (Biolab)", "microscope lens" & "power cord".
  • Use "microscope lens" on the microscope.
  • Use "power cord" on the liquid analyzer.
  • Use "knife" on the liquid analyzer.
  • Acquire "green liquid beaker" and "pink liquid beaker" from the fume hood.
  • Acquire "piece of DNA model" from the DNA model.
  • Use "piece of DNA model" on the centrifuge and get "cover of centrifuge".
  • Use "cover of centrifuge" on the the UV irradiator. You can now read the words: ORANGE, BLUE and WHITE.
  • Examine the top of a cardboard box on the shelf next to the centrifuge to get "Centrifuge Manual (Biolab)".
  • Deploy "pink liquid beaker" on the centrifuge. You'll get: "red liquid test tube" and "white liquid test tube".
  • Deploy "green liquid beaker" on the centrifuge. You'll get: "blue liquid test tube" and "yellow liquid test tube".
  • Use "red liquid test tube" on the microscope, you get the number 3.
  • Use "white liquid test tube" on the microscope, you get the number 1.
  • Use "blue liquid test tube" on the microscope, you get the number 2.
  • Use "yellow liquid test tube" on the microscope, you get the number 5.
  • Use the combination red 3 times, white 1 time, blue 2 times and yellow 5 times to open the locker. A puzzle is located inside.

The solution is:

  • Finishing the puzzle will get you "capsules".

Puzzle Note: We have blue liquid and white liquid but we're missing orange liquid. But if we mix red liquid and yellow liquid we will get the missing orange liquid.

  • Deploy "red liquid test tube" and "yellow liquid test tube" on the centrifuge. This will result in the "orange liquid beaker".
  • Use the "knife" on a hole in the liquid analyzer after that deploy "orange liquid beaker", "blue liquid test tube" and "white liquid test tube" in the liquid analyzer.
  • Acquire "fetus specimen".
  • The computer next to the liquid analyzer will activate. You will see a green bird,  a pink fish,  a white insect, an orange plant and a blue human.
  • Use "fetus specimen" on the shelf where there are already 4 specimen cylinders. The Cylinders have to be in the correct order.

Puzzle Note: If you look at the "capsules", you will notice we have "1" in green, "2" in pink, "3" in blue, "5" in orange and nothing for the last one. It's  very easy to deduce the order of the specimen with the information you got from the computer.

  • The following order is the correct one: bird (Penguin), fish (Seahorse), human, insect and plant.
  • Use the fingerprint authentication.
  • Move the cart with the sink. Touch again the cart with the sink to unlock the cart with the pig.
  • There is a drawer bellow the sink. Examine it to get "scalpel".
  • Move the cart with the pig. Acquire "pig in formaldehyde" on the floor.
  • Deploy the "pig in formaldehyde" at the left of the sink and then cut it (With the "scalpel")

YOU FOUND IT!

You'll have to make a choice.

Inject Radical-6, then go back to the choice and choose to not Inject it.

There is no (bad) ending here, both choices will lead to the end of the Fragment.

"Seek a Way Out"

  • Acquire "human mark key" from the drawer of the desk.
  • Use "human mark key" on the safe with a human mark.  "part D", "star mark key", "handgun" and "Birdman Card (Study)" will be acquired respectively.
  • Use "star mark key" on the safe with a star mark. You'll get "part C", "Moon Card (Study)" and "Note 1 (Study)".
  • Go upstairs and get "Polovtsian Secret 1 (Study)".
  • Examine the safe with a moon mark. A password of 3 letters is necessary to unlock it.

Puzzle Note: "Moon Card (Study)" has a moon mark associated to the word NIL. There is a Polovtsian doll meaning "confirm" at the top of the safe with a moon mark.

  • Enter the password NIL and click on OPEN. To get "part E", "crossbow" and "Sun Card (Study).
  • Look at the safe with a sun mark. Another password (5 letters this time) is necessary.

Puzzle Note: "Sun Card (Study)" has a sun mark associated to the word NIL. There is a Polovtsian doll meaning "deny" at the top of the safe with a sun mark. Consequently NIL changes to EXIST.

  • Enter the password EXIST and click on OPEN. To get 'part F".
  • Pull the lever inside the safe.
  • Go to the chair you've activated, on it there's pad with a code with the format X-XX-XX.

Puzzle Note: "Note 1 (Study)" have the code S-02-16.

  • Acquire "Note (Pod Room)" from the floor.
  • You can see some kind of a big target with numbers. The Left side has cover that you can open by solving two puzzles. They are offensively easy, they can barely be called puzzles. You'll get "hammer".
  • Use the "hammer" on the left circle on the floor from the entrance standpoint. You'll get a counterclockwise rotation of the floor.
  • Use the "hammer" on the right circle facing you to make a part of the floor stick out.
  • Use the "hammer" on the right circle. You'll get a clockwise rotation of the floor.
  • Use the "hammer" on the left circle facing you to make a part of the floor to stick out.

Puzzle Note: 4 red circles: 2 on the floor and 2 on the ceiling. They need to be hit to rotate the room clockwise or counterclockwise.

  • Use the "hammer" on the red circles (5x) to get 5 clockwise rotations of the floor.
  • You can now open the cover at the bottom of the big target by solving two puzzles. Once again offensively easy. You'll acquire "Zero Doll Picture (Pod Room)".
  • Another cover on the right side can be opened by solving two puzzles.

  • Acquire "driver handle".
  • Use the "hammer" on the red circles (7x) to get 7 clockwise rotations of the floor.
  • Get "driver tip" from the gap on the left wall. The one with h-shape.

  • Use "large driver" on the drawer at the bottom of the big target. Another puzzle:

  • After finishing the puzzle, you need to line up the 3 green lines on the floor using the new device and "large driver".
  • Use the right arrow to get the green lines on the floor, in front of the big target, in the correct position.
  • Use the left arrow to get the green lines on the other floor in the correct position.
  • Use the right arrow to get the green lines on the floor in front of you in the correct position.
  • After aligning the 3 green lines, you now need to open the new case by solving two puzzles.

  • Examine the drilling machine to get "screwdriver head".
  • Acquire "wire cutters" from the other machine.
  • From the blue table, get the itens: "screwdriver grip", "stungun", "Blueprint 1 (Manufacturing)", "Blueprint 2 (Manufacturing)", "Blueprint 3 (Manufacturing)" and "Note 1 (Manufacturing)".
  • Acquire "Note 2 (Manufacturing)" and "Note 3 (Manufacturing)" from the floor.
  • Combine "screwdriver grip" and "screwdriver head". To get the "screwdriver".
  • On the machine with "High volt contactor" use "stungun" . You'll know need to know the correct order.

Puzzle note: "Note 1 (Manufacturing)", states that the correct order from the left is: first, fifth, fourth, second, sixth and third.

  • Use "stungun" with the order from the left: first, fifth, fourth, second, sixth and third.
  • The 3 robots are activated. Talk to them. White robot is Alex, purple (red) robot is Betty and blue robot is Charley.
  • On the device with the blue, red and grey buttons read the warning.
  • Press the grey button of the weird device to set the timer to 0. (This is important!)
  • Look at the detonation box. You have to chose a wire to cut (red or blue).

Puzzle note: "Blueprint 1 (Manufacturing)" is the blueprint of this step and it says to cut Betty (red).

  • With "wire cutters" cut the Red Wire. Remove all the screws with the "screwdriver". OR in case you want to play an extra mini-game, cut the wrong one, you have to place the balls in their slots, the Red one can't touch the blue one, or else it is GAME OVER (An extra dialog box implying SHIFTing from the characters will appear, it varies depending on which variation of this mini-game you fail.)
  • Alex (White robot) will give you "Alex's Note (Manufacturing)".
  • You have to remove the screws in a certain order. OR else you'll have to play another variation of the mini-game explained above.

The Solution is:

  • Remove the remaining screws. You have to chose between Blue and Red again.

Puzzle note: "Blueprint 2 (Manufacturing)" is the blueprint of this step and it says to cut Charley (blue).

  • With "wire cutters" cute the Blue one. Remove all the screws with the "screwdriver". Cutting the wrong will result on the failure mini-game again.
  • Now you have to chose between a red, blue or white wire.

Puzzle note: "Alex's Note (Manufacturing)" says to cut Betty (red).

Cut the red wire with "wire cutters". Cutting the wrong one will result in a Game Over.

  • Acquire "gas torch" near the door connecting to the incinerator.
  • Get "goggles" and "toolbox" by opening the locker.
  • Look at the poster after putting the "goggles". You'll see the word "tic".
  • Enter the word "tic" on the console. You can now play as Phi using the gap near the door connecting to the incinerator.
  • Get "flathead screwdriver" above the weight station after switching to Phi.
  • Use "flathead screwdriver" on the plate just below. You'll acquire "screws".
  • Use the weight station with "flathead screwdriver", you get 133 grams.
  • Use the weight station with "screws", you get 22 grams.
  • Go back to Diana. Click on the dust chute. You have to enter a weight.

Puzzle Note: Look at the dust chute with the "goggles", you can see a flathead screwdriver and two screws. They weight 155 (133+22) grams.

  • Enter 155 grams.
  • Deploy "toolbox" in the dust chute.
  • Use "flathead screwdriver" on the "toolbox". There is a puzzle similar to the "Biolab" one here.

The solution is:

  • Your reward is "Note (Trash Disposal Room)".
  • Switch to Diana.
  • Deploy "gas torch" in the dust chute.

Puzzle Note: To get an hint for the next action read "Note (Trash Disposal Room)".

  • Use "gas torch" on the thermometer near the weight station.
  • Examine the console to get "coin".
  • Remove the screws using "coin" and get access to the red button on the wall.
  • Press the red button. A chair appears.
  • Examine chair.
  • After Sigma sits on the chair, "chained box" falls from the ceiling. Acquire "chained box".
  • Deploy "chained box" in the dust chute.
  • Go back to Phi. Use "flathead screwdriver" on the "chained box".
  • Get back the "chained box" from the dust chute. Acquire "revolver".
  • Put "revolver" on the box next to Sigma.

YOU FOUND IT!

This choice include randomness to it (if you shoot that is). Since I recommended to get the bad ends first, if you realized you shoot "blank" restart. I got both outcomes of "shoot" fairly easy but I heard some had to retry a LOT of times before they could get them.
If you Shoot with Live Ammo= Bad End: Live Round Fired
If you Don't Shoot= You get the first "end" of this Fragment.

Now... 
If you Shoot a "Blank" round the fragment will continue until you reach another choice.
Time to make another decision (if you played the "Poison" fragment this one is very obvious)

  • From the cabinet get "Note (Healing Room)", "tumbler" and "bottle of water".
  • Acquire "matches" from the drawer of the cabinet.
  • Apply "bottle of water" on the glass and on the pitcher at the top of the piano.
  • On the scented candle between the two chairs use "matches".
  • Use the dial on the wall to change the pattern on the wall to flowers.
  • Acquire "black knife" from the wall.
  • There is a puzzle with flowers on the wall. You have to click on the puzzle to get 12 flowers.

Puzzle Note: 1-Touch the bottom left corner, 2-Touch the top left corner, 3-On the bottom row, 4-touch the sapling (green) with the pink background, 5-On the top row, 6-touch the sapling (green) with the pink background, 7-Touch the final sapling.

  • Switch back to the original pattern on the wall.
  • Stab the poster with "black knife" just above "DEFEAT ME!".
  • Switch the pattern on the wall to the new pattern, the forest.
  • Deploy "tumbler" on the floor where there is a pattern.
  • Pull the lever down on the big device. Acquire "digital camera".
  • Take a picture of the "tumbler".
  • Take a picture of the water tank with the red puzzle.
  • Take a picture of the left chair, you need to align the green pattern of the chair and the wall.
  • Take a picture of the scented candle.
  • Switch the pattern on the wall to the flower pattern.
  • Check the puzzle with the flower. The last bud becomes a flower.
  • Take a picture of the puzzle.
  • Switch the pattern on the wall to the original pattern.
  • Take a picture of the shape on the wall behind the left chair.
  • Put all the 6 keys in the holes of the big device.
  • Switch the pattern on the wall to the cloud pattern.
  • Take a picture of the glass and the pitcher at the top of the piano, you need to align them with the star on the wall.
  • Take a picture of the projection that appears on the wall, you need to wait for the alignment.
  • Put the last 2 keys in the holes of the big device.
  • Push the play button on the big device and listen to a melody.

Puzzle Note: Order of the key for the melody is: 5, 3, 4, 8, 1, 2, 6 and 7.

  • Put back the keys on the piano. Play the melody.

Moon x Moon x Moon = 3Moon but 3Moon<=12.so Moon can only be 1 or 2. But Moon x Moon = 2Moon, so it means Moon can't be 1. Moon=2.

Human x Moon x Moon = Human2Moon but Human2Moon<=12 and Moon=2 so Human<=3. But Human x Human = 2Human, so it means Human can't be 1. Wind=0 and Moon=2 so it means Human=3.

You have: 0=Wind, 1=????, 2=Moon, 3=Human, 4=2Moon, 5=????, 6=HumanMoon, 7=????, 8=3Moon, 9=2Human, 10=????, 11=???? and 12=Human2Moon.

StarMoon = Star x Moon and Moon=2 so StarMoon is an even number. It can only be 10. StarMoon=10 and Star=5.

We're missing the value for the Bird, Flower and Sun cards. The only way to get them is to use the blue device to compare the value of the cards.

  • Enter the answer in the book, read chapter 3 and chapter 4.

  • Read chapter 5 and chapter 6 in the book.

  • Open the 2 lockers from the left, you'll get "Note 1 (Locker Room") and "conversion plug".
  • Combine "conversion plug" and "hair dryer". To get "hair dryer with plug".
  • Use "hair dryer with plug" on the plug near the sinks.
  • Click on the fan. Click on the hair dryer. The fan will spin. You can read violet, white, blue and red.
  • Use the code on the lock of the fourth locker. Acquire "coin" and "remove control".
  • Use the "coin" on the red device on the wall.
  • Press the left switch on.
  • Push the button of the "remove control".
  • Acquire "round piece" in the drain.
  • Acquire "bucket" from the first stall.
  • Acquire "Note 2 (Locker Room)" from the third stall.
  • Use "bucket" in the last stall. To get "bucket of water".
  • Turn the left switch off on the red device. Some numbers appear on the drain lid.

  • After solving the puzzle, you'll get "screwdriver".
  • Deploy "bucket of water" on the right sink. Acquire "key" in the left sink.
  • Turn the left switch on the red device.
  • Use "screwdriver" in the second stall.
  • Put "round piece" on the tank, and press the button.
  • Acquire "C-shaped piece" from the bottom of the tank.
  • Acquire "screwdriver" on the showerhead in the last stall.
  • Use "key" on the shower stall. You'll get "hose".
  • Deploy "C-shaped piece" on the red device.
  • Turn the right switch on the red device.
  • Use "hose" in the last stall where you removed the showerhead.
  • Acquire "Note 3 (Locker Room)" from the music box.
  • Push the button of the "remove control".
  • Go inside the shower stall.
  • Push Reset on the red device.

Now you have to put the password, but, before that click "back" for an extra scene. After that you should know the code is the twin's birthday (Phi and Delta) aka 11162029.

D-END-1: Requires both outcomes of Radical-6. 
D-END-2: Requires Q-Team execution, Fire - Don't Shoot, both outcomes of "Monty Hall", and Pop Off - Yellow Door.
