It's very hard and time consuming, not to mention that sometimes the result is not what you expect. For example, the original artist draws a simple pink line. He calls it a vagina and then slaps a mosaic over it. Happy ending and no one can tell if he worked hard on that pussy or not. However, I can't do the same thing.
