Marin Kazuoki is just an average high school student who, despite the fact that she may be a bit of a slacker, gets good grades, cares about others, and has a fairly optimistic view on life. One day, Marin accidentally falls down a flight of stairs at her school. When she wakes up, she finds that she thankfully does not have a concussion or any major injuries; however, she has the newfound ability to read minds.

After being overwhelmed by her new power when she returns to school the next day, Marin rushes home to find a boy named Kaius waiting at her door who invites her to attend “Planets”, the Psychokinesis Learning Academy for New and Exciting Tactical Studies, a school for psychics to learn how to control their powers.
Of all the students at Planets, Marin mostly interacts with Ruiko, her roommate, and three love interests: Kaius, the misunderstood jerkass loner, Ryuu, the flirty delinquent, and Lucan, the kind and gorgeous Big Man on Campus.

***Game Controls***

Spoiler

Left-click, Enter

Advances through the game, activates menu choices, buttons, and sliders.

 

Space

Advances through the game, but does not activate choices.

 

Arrow Keys

Selects menu choices, buttons, and sliders.

 

Ctrl

Causes skipping to occur while the ctrl key is held down.

 

Tab

Toggles skipping, causing it to occur until tab is pressed again.

 

Mousewheel-Up, PageUp

Causes rollback to occur. Rollback reverses the game back in time, showing prior text and even allowing menu choices to be changed.

 

Mousewheel-Down, PageDown

Causes rollforward to occur, cancelling out a previous rollback.

 

Right-click, Escape

Enters the game menu. When in the game menu, returns to the game.

 

Middle-click, H

Hides the text window and other transient displays.

 

F

Toggles fullscreen mode

 

S

Takes a screenshot, saving it in a file named screenshotxxxx.png, where xxxx is a serial number.

 

Alt-H, Command-H

Hides (iconifies) the window.

 

Alt-F4, Command-Q

Quits the game.

 

Delete

When a save slot is selected, deletes that save slot.

***Game Info (Read before using the guide!)***

 There are three main love interests in Planets, a side route for Haruhi that you'll get if you don't "lock" on any of the main guys paths, culminating to a total of five endings (with only one being a Bad End that is located in Lucan's Arc). During the game you'll have the option to chose where Marin is gonna have lunch, these map choices will be in "[]".

 You can unlock a secret, after credits epilogue for the three main love interests (called "Perfect Ending" in-game) if you make all the right choices and ONLY spend time with them, so, I don't recommend straying from the choice path if you want to see the extended ending (and because of CGs too).
With those things in mind I personally recommend following the order:

• Ryuu --> Lucan (Bad End > Good End) --> Kaius --> Haruhi
• Ryuu should be played before Kaius, since playing Kaius first can make you really dislike his character.
• Lucan is the only route with a Bad End.
• The easiest way to enter Haru's end is by going down the Kaius route then making some alternate choices so you don't lock into his Arc.

 I advise saving before making any choice. The -Extra Branches- section will cover choices that weren't made that will give you extra text (they will lock you out of the secret epilogues though).
