UranusDarkness
Hello, I'm translating nekopara vol 1, but I have a question: How can I make the patch file? How can I restore the kirikiri Z encryption? thanks
Kenshin_sama
Why would you want to? It's already been translated officially, and no one seems to have any major qualms with the TL quality.

Kenshin_sama
Oh my apologies. It does seem there's a group working on an Italian translation already, so maybe you could try teaming up with them? http://www.distantsky-translations.net/nekopara-vol1 Or are you already translating for them? Sorry if I'm not being helpful at all.

RazoR
Have you tried this tool? https://xmoeproject.github.io/KrkrExtract/ It can try to decrypt any Kirikiri2 and KirikiriZ games on-the-run and it's kinda easy to use. I used it on G-Senjou no Maou's Steam version and it works.

RazoR
Weird, as it's especially capable of working with Kirikiri Z engine too. Are you sure you've done it right?

I've tried with the 3.0.1.0 version but says the same thing... Trying with subfolders seems to work but the program make a 1kb xp3 file and doesn't work as patch, without any subfolder doesn't work because it says the same error
Makekko
Hmm, I'm having this problem too, it isn't packing anything when you select the archive folder. it just creates the header. If you click "Make Package" again, it says it's "Another task is under processing". I tried with 3.0.1 and 4 versions of KrkrExtract... EDIT: Try repacking with kiri_sm.exe, the old way. It worked for me. Edited December 31, 2017 by Makekko Found a solution.
