Saku Saku - Steam and denpasoft releases

So I bought, Saku Saku on steam, its cheap and all. I've only played the first 1,5h, but thats not important. I saw that denpasoft release is twice as expensive, so my question how good are the 18+ scenes?(not only Saku Saku, but other visual novels on denpasoft that are on steam for example ChronoClock). I'm currently thinking of refunding steam release, since denpasoft version has mature content, but I wanna know if I wont be missing something if I wont buy full release from denpasoft. I'm into romance and all that, and I noticed that mangagamer has released Dal Segno on steam and full 18+patch for FREE. I mean, fanservice sounds nice, I dont kinda dont mind mature content too. Do they only delete sex scenes and leave the story for steam? Do they leave kisses in steam version? These things kinda stops me from buying ChronoClock, WAGAMAMA HIGH SPEC and so, because I dont know if I should be paying for a half game. I dont know if I will be missing a lot in these games if I only buy steam version. (too bad they dont make 18+ patches for steam).

The couple routes I played through on it had some pretty good H scenes. Like 3 or 4 per route I think. The art work is pretty nice as well.

Regarding chrono clock, the H-Scenes (2 per heroine) are just and extra you get after finishing each heroine's route. They are not relevant to the story whatsoever.

As for adult content, only 1 route has a CG with nudity that could easily be either censored or changed to a non-nudity CG, so I don't think it would change anything regarding the plot.

Sekai Project these days tries to censor their games as little as necessary for their Steam releases (but different partners have different demands). This means that the kiss scenes are intact, the stories are left unbutchered, and there's even some nudity in some of their Steam releases.

For Chrono Clock, the base game is completely unchanged, but there were never h-scenes in that part to begin with. The unlockable h-scenes aren't present in the Steam release, but the nudity in one of the heroine routes is left in uncensored.

The SakuSaku h-scenes are good fap material but aren't very important to the story, though I'm only judging this from the previously-released partial patch. Maybe the Yuuri or Anne h-scenes are more important?

It never ceases to amaze me how western VN fans must try to find some story relevance in their porn to justify its presence. There are of course a very small handful of games where the porn is legit important to the story. But, generally speaking, it won't be... It's porn. It's rather obvious what it's meant to do.

That doesn't mean the scenes aren't important, though. H-scenes can add tons of character development and can show you sides of characters you'd never see in the censored version. A scene doesn't have to "add something to the story" in order to be important. You could probably remove 40% of a game's normal scenes and justify it by saying "they didn't add anything to the story," and still be left with a somewhat intact game. That doesn't mean you'd actually want to do that, right? You'd be missing out on a lot, even though it wouldn't "add something to the story."
That's how I think all H-scenes in eroge should be treated, to be honest. They were there originally, so naturally they add something, even if that isn't direct story relevance.

Honestly, the western market's need to seek out story relevance in H-scenes puzzles me.

Tl;dr, you'll always be missing out on something when you play the censored versions of eroge. That's just how it works, even in games where all-ages replacement scenes have been added. (Heck, take Grisaia no Rakuen as an example. Playing the all-ages version of that will mean you actually won't see the game's real ending epilogue, as it has been cut from the steam release.)

H-scenes are not really important to me, even tho I would want a patch that I could buy for steam release. What I wanna know, if I wont be missing romance scenes. I can live without H-scenes, but I would love to see romance, kisses and dialog between characters when they are in love. Do you happen to know if Saku Saku, ChronoClock or WAGAMAMA HIGH SPEC all-ages versions happen to miss a lot of romance (not talking about H-scenes)? To be honest with you, When I play japanese visual novels, I'm looking forward to romance scenes, kisses, their love dialog and H-scenes, so if I can live without H-scenes, will there be other things at least?

Since you can see what I think. I wanna know your opinion. Would steam versions be good enough for me?

I mean, you basically answered your own question.

You shouldn't be missing out on much other than H-scenes, so if that doesn't bother you, go for the Steam game.

I haven't personally played either game, so I cant say for absolute certainty, but based on the fact that they are both standard moeblobs, the only thing missing should be the H itself. The general romance and kissing should be there.

Chrono Clock's sex scenes are a bonus and don't affect the story at all. All routes are sex-free (except one particular nude sprite), and you don't need to read them.
