For the former I guess yeah just using the Hanamiya Club (her surname) to "build an unassailable position within the school" or something.

yeah. Though I am really curious as to how a "collection of cute girls" constitutes an unassailable position.

Okay, for the previous question, I have to translate it something along this "You're not the one (who should decide) to refuse me/it.", then? I think it's more like the council president's "I refuse" meaning that he refused Astronomy Club's refusal of accepting the council's request (if Airi were to accept Sou's forceful words). Am I wrong?

For the last two questions,

1) Really, that's the only context I have.

In short, the Vice President was saying that Nagisa is "築いています"-ing an impregnable position within the school.

Looking at her previous sentence, It is a rather indirect saying that she's 築いています-ing something (which is Hanamiya Club by making good use of it as an intelligent bureau of some sort).

That's why Sou asked, "Senpai, what exactly are you 築いちゃってる-ing?".

Then Nagisa anwered by saying "A group of lovely boys and girls." You can see that boys and girls here refer to Hanamiya Club's members.

The next Kenny asked, "Wasn't it a fan club?".

Lastly, the vice president answered, "At first it seemed to be the purpose of the club, but nowadays they move as she wishes them to, as a special intelligent bureau.".

I also think to translate it as building up the time I read Vice President's first sentences. But, when Nagisa answered Sou's question by "A group of lovely boys and girls.", building up would sound weird, right? That's when I decided to ask your help. What should I translate 築いています and 築いちゃってるんですか into?

2) Long story short, the vice president was describing astronomy club's member one by one. When she was describing Sou, she just described him 適当に . Sou asked her to add Sou's good points on her description. She asked him, "how about the one having Tsukkomi role in the club?". Of course she meant tsukkomi as "to retort" here. After some chatters (which doesn't really give any context for my question), you get the conversation I'm asking, mainly talking about Sou's Tsukkomi ability.

For now I'm translating it as:

Nagisa

「If a rumor saying "he goes around and does tsukkomi in various places" were to spread, he would instantly be known as "Sou the Tsukkomi man"」

Airi

「That's right, he would look so cool just like in a Yankee manga, wouldn't he.」

Sou

「Wait, you two in there …… If you two go spreading such a rumor, I'll tsukkomu (stick) something outrageous into that mouth of yours!」

It's clear that Nagisa and Airi were being ambigous on purpose. You can see that it's hard to translate tsukkomi here without a TL note.

Some further advice on translation of Arcana. The main character Caprese is accompanied by a fairy named Primo who hangs around with him as part of a magical contract, and she insists that she call him by her name, rather than referring to her by the second-person pronoun お前, which he of course refuses to stop doing. This has already occurred several times in the first few parts I've managed to try translating. For example:

A literal translation might be:

Caprese: So tell me, why is it that you (お前) need to stick with me?

Primo: I'm not 'you' (お前)! It's Primo! Go on, try to say it. P-R-I-M-O.

Obviously English 'you' doesn't have the same sort of contempt that Japanese お前 does, which is part of what seems to be riling Primo. They have a similar exchange several more times, and Caprese has actually called her by her name only once as she requested since they met, as he seems intent on teasing her that way (as is reflected by his Tarot trump of zero, the Fool). Hopefully they'll eventually tire of it. I've been thinking of replacing お前 by a word like 'runt' or 'shrimp':

Caprese: So tell me, why is it that a runt like you needs to stick with me?

Primo: I'm not 'runt'! It's Primo! Go on, try to say it. P-R-I-M-O.

though I don't know how well this goes over. Any other suggestions on how better to translate this sort of situation?

I can't answer either one unless you post more of both conversations (really getting a déjà vu here). But I can tell you as it stands those translations seem odd at best.

Given only those lines it sounds fine to me. Don't know about the wider thing.

A line or two previous to what you've given us would be nice to see the flow of conversation.

Personally, I'd just forgo having Sou use 築く as a verb.

The parallel to the Vice-Pres's sentence isn't worth much.

Otherwise, something like:

"....built herself an impregnable position within the school"

"Sempai... What did you build yourself this time!?"

"Fufu... aren't they so cute?"

"Weren't they supposed to be a fun club?"

The jump in subject between Sou and Nagisa is a bit weird even in the original.

I don't think you can do much about that.

[2]

Again, a few more lines before this would be very nice to see the flow.

Please at least gives us starting from the point where Vice-Pres starts describing Sou.

Are you sure you want more? The long conversation is all connected so it will be so long if I have to put it all here. I'll put it inside a spoiler.

I've marked the beginning of each conversations I ask with big [0], [1], and [2]. While I'm at it, may I ask the translation for those having red font?

You really shouldn't leave lines out like that when you're asking a question...
Kenny's line after VP is actually kinda important.
In this case, I'm reading the 築く as being used with regards to the "intelligence unit" she has built for herself,
not as a reference to the position she has built herself.

"In addition, you've built yourself an impregnable position within the school through Hanamiya Group's intelligence units."
"Intelligence units, huh... huh!?"

//Leaving out the three lines in middle as irrelevant

This one is harder since it's a pun... or at least i think this qualifies as a pun?
In english 突っ込む is best translated as "stick" or something, so it loses the connection to ツッコミ "straight man"
I'm terrible with puns... so I'll leave it to someone else :/

For the record, where it says Tsukkomu/Tsukkomi in kanji, it's not referring to the straight man tsukommi.
The connotation is that he sticks his d*** everywhere, I assume.

I've marked the beginning of each conversations I ask with big [0], [1], and [2]. While I'm at it, may I ask the translation for those having red font?

For the 断る part.

Sou: Go refuse the case!

Pres: I refuse!

Sou: Who are you to refuse?!

Or

You refuse? YOU?

The idea here is the Pres is not in a position to refuse anything, he's the one asking (so it doesn't make sense for him to be refusing anyway). Play around with it if need be.

Let me think for 突っ込む.

If you really want to keep the word "refuse," just say "You're refusing for us?!" (the "for" needs to be in there, looking at the full context, but... yeah.)

dunno why you're making things so complicated.

With [1], what Storyteller said. It's really clear that the two 築く's are not referring to the same thing in the full text. In the snippet you gave us, because they appear one after another without Kenny's line in the middle, a reader is going to get the wrong impression.

With [2], as I said earlier, ”poke fun at” / "I'll poke something down your throat." works fairly well.

I don't think it's "You're refusing for us". That's saying the Pres will go refuse the case in Airi's stead, which is not what this means.

"You refuse us?" works too.

Poke works well except for the gangster movie part. Actually anyway you translate it works well except for the gangster movie part.

The President is refusing their refusal, so I'm not sure "You're refusing for us!?" would work there.

With "poke fun" you lose the shimoneta end of the connotation, which I assume is there, given the characters involved.

Though that might be ok.

Edit: I actually totally forgot the bit about Yankee movie. I'd hazard a guess that's just referring to the title "Tsukkomi no Sou" but who knows.

EDIT: Yeah, I was being dumb with "for." I blame being too lazy earlier to read the full text and just skimming it instead >_> Maybe just go with "Go tell them 'no'!" / "No!" / "You're telling us 'no'?!" and just stop using "refuse" entirely.

"Sou the Poker" is the best name ever and you will never convince me otherwise <__< Though "poke something down your throat" keeps the dirty joke intact, so I don't know why you're objecting there.

ヤンキー漫画 is gangster manga (you can google it) usually about gangs and/or fights.

The hard part is that Tsukkomi is used as a) meddling/interfering/minding other's business b) straight man and c) stabbing/charging - the gangster manga part.

I'm inclined to agree.

Rumor: Poke (head/nose/d***) into other peoples business.

Name: Poker Sou.

Poke something down your mouth.

So I'm having a bit more trouble with Arcana again. The main character Caprese is having a conversation with a man who had been his former master, referred to only as 団長 (which I translate as 'Boss' or 'Chief'), who seems to be a sort of trader, businessman, and perhaps even a P.T. Barnum-like circus showman or circus owner judging from their conversation. They are talking about a lion girl that 団長 has recently captured:

Boss: Oh, that beast girl. She's human though. I found her living with a lion in the savannah. Wolf girls are quite a common spectacle, but not lion girls. She's the real thing. Also, the night can enjoy at night.

Caprese: Are you still allowing people to do whatever they want to the members?

Boss: Members? You mean those part of the show? They are slaves, but no.

I'm not so sure what is meant by the sentence I highlighted in red. It sounds like some sort of euphemism for sexual slavery or prostitution or something like that, as if he plans to be the pimp for Vivace the lion girl in the evenings but I'm not quite sure. Any hints?

It basically says you can also enjoy her at night, and yes, it means he has sex with her.

A random note, but the character you named Caprese, you sure it's not Caprice?

Well, that seems to be the only romanisation of his name that I could find on the 'net (e.g. here). None of the character names have been given official romanisations within the game itself as far as I can tell. I've even been considering using Capriccio (like the musical form), since many of the names of other characters in the game seem to be derived from the names of musical instruments or musical terms (Vivace, Cittern, Harp, Hymnus, Animato, Passepied, Marcato, Amoroso, Animato, etc.)
