VNR text problem

Everytime that I try to select the text of the game this happens:

Yes I already changed my computer to Japanese System Locale.

Someone know how to solve this ?

1) Try the other options in the Text thread part of this window

OR

2) Try the other options where you can see "Japonês (CP932, Shift-JIS)". Choose UTF 16 or UTF 8.

If you don't mind can I ask something ?

Seems like the VNR servers are down, so a lot of things are not working as intendeed, the only way that I can use the machine translation is via offline programs like Atlas ? Because when I finished to configure the game the only thing text that shows is the original text not the translated.

VNR actually changed servers, I made a thread about it: https://forums.fuwanovel.net/topic/17714-vnr-is-back-online/

But that problem doesn't seem to be related with the server, seems to be a configuration problem... More on it here and here.
