jp998
Hey guys just started up Grisaia and I've been having trouble getting this setting to work. As you can see, the option for Anisotropic is grayed out for me. I've tried asking around and it seems that others could get the settings to work but do not know why. We are both using w10 64bit if that is relevant Any help resolving this issue would be nice thanks.

Idk I don't have it either, it might be left over from a previous game or is part of the engine that isn't being used seeing that The Fruit of Grisaia isn't a 3D VN. I thought so as well, but the screenshot the other person gave me with the option ticked makes me think otherwise, plus I've been comparing screenshots of my game with others and the quality difference is quite noticeable

sanahtlig
The "solution" is to run the game in windowed mode and not try to scale the image in the first place. Narcosis and Funyarinpa
mistermoomoo
I have this issue as well and I also get a similar issue with Muv-Luv Alternative. It's been bothering me for a while. I think it might be a driver issue but I'm not sure. I have no issues like this with other games. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Narcosis
I don't think it's actually possible in any way; seems more of a tech bug with new engine ports, as this exists regardless of system, specs or graphic cards/drivers installed and your monitor resolutions. A bunch of people still reported it's available for them. That said, anisotropic won't help you much, when the game's native resolution gets massively upscaled to fit new HD/ultra HD monitors. Creating a custom resolution for your system and forcing the game to use it would give similiar results.
