You thought the sky was the limit for Sakura games?

They pretty much have.

Have they now? That is excellent news! Might actually go ahead and pick it up now, I've been out of the VN loop for awhile so I didn't even notice that it was already out :sachi:. Now I better comment on something Sakura related....

I've kinda lost all ill-will towards the people behind the Sakura series, yeah they don't really put a whole lot of effort into shaking up their nice profitable formula.... but than again, why would they? It is really the fault of the consumers that Sakura games keep poping up and what actually agitates me is that I don't understand why people keep buying them. The story is always inane, there is better h-scenes in other VNs, and the art tends to vary in quality but is never anything really special.

Since you seem to not know, it's best to buy one of Sakura VNs and play it for yourself! Just in 1-2 days they will release their Magnum Opus - Sakura Space!

Why would I ever play something like this? It shouldn't even exist in my opinion, when we could have actual good vns come out. Especially since Sekai is being so slow with the translation/localization of Grisaia, I feel like they're wasting their time with things like this. Though I don't actually know how things work over there. Just my opinion.

Sekai Project is just publishing.  Winged Cloud actually develops the Sakura series games.  The people who work on translating and localizing Grisaia are probably not the same people that work with SP's OELVN partners.
