Advice needed.

I'm pretty sure nothing you do will make you as strong as Saitama. 

But, if you do decide to do that workout every day you'll just become more fit. Not like world class athlete extreme levels of fit, but probably better than most people. I wouldn't worry too much about injury unless you're already super out of shape. Usually if you're going to start exercising when you previously haven't, at first your body will tell you when you need to stop/about to get injured. I've never specifically tried doing exactly that workout schedule, but an average swim practice for me is probably more than that.
