Not a genius, genius, but G-senjou no Maou's protagonist is kind of intelligent, really. Cartagra and Kara no Shoujo 1 and 2 have detective protagonists and they do solve some mysteries. Some people [however] think that the first two games are kind of lacking in this area, since most of the time the MCs don't really think too much.
