I would legit tip my hats off to them if they made an 18+ patch, but I'd rather not hope for it and just let my heart explode if it does happen.

For now, better prepare your buckets for the upcoming days filled with salt.

This is why you invest in learning Japanese kids.

Truly memorable, and I'm glad I stayed glued to the computer for the entire thing (this isn't true, I had better things to do.) Jesus, my backlog is going to grow exponentially when all these get released (once again, this is a piece of fiction.) My heart is going boom-didi-boom-didi-boom (it's barely beating at all.)

Oh, another announcement from Mangagamer is Bokuten will got Steam version. Although I wonder how Overdrive cut the H-Scene for Steam though, and yes I'd knew that Overdrive also did cut H-Scenes for Kira Kira release for all age version. But as far as I knew, I think Overdrive sex scene not that good according to some review I'd read and only tackled on so maybe Bokuten was the same case. Maybe.

And turned out my speculation and Decay speculation was totally wrong. Oh well, there's still 5 more announcement anyway to speculate, and be happy here if some of the user here did happen to be fan of Imouto Paradise. Although I'm not, and by the way they just reuse same model for pink haired character (But it's justified that the pink haired heroine in Imopara 2 was the daughter anyway lol). At least I predicted one right from Mangagamer riddle I suppose (About spirited thing and here we got Yurirei drama CD, which honestly unless Mangagamer willing to use local Voice Actor just release translated text for Drama CD should be good. After all GundamAce first translation was Ever17 Drama CD dialogue on Anime Suki forum).

@Maxel Well, good morning and have a nice sleep. Although I understand that the announcement was not worth to made me wake up at 9 am though. I'd even woke up at 8.30 am and waiting for announcement by the way. And turned out the only new announcement from Mangagamer was the inevitable translation from Imouto Paradise sequel.

@Rooke Nice joke there by the way.

The best or worse, I don't know which, that can happen is an 18+ restoration patch. Which would make the internet explode if it reaches a bit too far.

inb4 fuwanovel restoration project including h-scene translation?

Sekai Project continuing to piss off fans (probably) by licensing games it does not have the balls to release properly. I could care less about the game but I can't help but be a bit curious on whether it will be getting a indiegogo or a kickstarter...not that an 18+ version will appear even if it did end up on gogo. Why did they license this? Why didn't Loss/Lose partner with Mangagamer or even JAST (lol) who actually can release the game properly? Very strange title for Sekai Project to pick up and it makes me wonder who wanted to reach out to this particular company.

As for Mangagamer this is to be expected considering the first con they go to is always their weakest for titles getting announced. Imouto Paradise 2 is not a huge surprise and they have to save the best titles for the places where they make the most money and get the most advertising (since for some reason announcing things via the internet isn't a good way to announce things?). It also shows that they want to wrap up a few more projects before announcing some more (which they likely will at the next con they go to but some more titles should have gotten released by then).

Because the most important thing for a company is money? Most of them dont care if its uncut/cut out of japan as long is generates money.

I doubt they'd even do that.  Considering that they won't even release 18+ versions or patches under their own name, I sincerely doubt they'd release anything 18+ with a strong focus on lolis under a company that's remotely related to them.  Denpasoft being SP is one of the most poorly kept secrets I know of; it takes about 5 seconds to find it out with a google search.  If that ever hit mainstream news it'd utterly ruin them.  Best option I can think of is them secretly paying people to do the patch and having them "leak" it on the internet, so they can claim to not be responsible, and I really doubt SP has the balls to do that, either.

It's not completely impossible for an 18+ version to happen, btw. As far as western releases of hentai in general go, there's this, which I'd say is unequivocally worse by pretty much any standard.

Except nobody gives a crap about 2D Market or has ever really heard of them.  SP sells their games on Steam.  Imagine the shit that would go down if parents found out that their kids were buying games from a company that was also selling a loli fucking game (obviously not true, but we all know how the media would report on that).

The hentai scenes in BokuTen are absolutely ESSENTIAL. Those are some of the most important moments in the story and there is no way to cut them and still get the original feeling and message of this work across.

BokuTen without the hentai is utterly shit and nobody should support this abomination. Shame on you, Mangagamer.

Uhhh...why?  They're still making the 18+ version.  That's all I care about.  Shaming them for trying to reach out to a bigger audience is stupid.  Some people will only buy all-ages versions, or are too lazy to buy games off of Steam, and there's no real reason to not put it up on there.

This!

Only chance to get a english uncut release for Maitetsu would be a fan made patch.

Ok then. http://www.forbes.com/sites/laurenorsini/2015/07/16/how-one-website-is-convincing-people-to-pay-for-cartoon-porn/ https://www.fakku.net/manga/ruri-ageha-english https://www.fakku.net/manga/hina-chan-the-walking-atm-english https://www.fakku.net/manga/summer-play-english

Does that count? Plus, I'm not too sure the potential outrage is really reduced that much by not selling the 18+ version in English. There's still "this game is on Steam, the original version has loli fucking". If you want to write an article about how morally depraved SP is for releasing the game, you've still got more than enough material to work with.

Because, like I said, the pron is an essential part of the story and they can't do a Steam version without ripping out the heart of this game.

Uhhh...what does Fakku have to do with this?  I was talking about the site whose twitter account you linked to.  Everything but the first link results in errors, probably because I don't have a Fakku account.  Fakku doesn't release stuff on Steam.

I guess, but the potential for much more moral outrage and child porn accusations is infinitely greater if they have anything to do with an 18+ patch.  Google the name of the game off of Steam, see a link to Denpasoft's site for the 18+ patch/version, google Denpasoft, find out it's SP, and boom, mainstream controversy.

I'm not saying it's not.  I don't know if it's essential or not, so I'm not able to say one way or the other.  As long as an 18+ version exists, it really doesn't matter.  I'd understand why you were angry if all they were releasing was the all-ages version, but I really don't get why you care.  I'm pretty sure most people on Steam are capable of using Google and deciding which version they want.

While I'm sorely tempted to start antagonizing everyones various opinions on the releases, and the circumstances those releases will be under. I'll just sum it up as "what a fucking disappointing lineup"

one step forwards, two steps back~

EDIT: @Zenophilious He mad 'cuase the man's always keepin' him down~ :makina:

ImoPara 2 was the announcement I was most disappointed in. I was hoping for Otoboku 2 :P
