Regarding 3rd party Amazon sellers: Quote the third-party seller's items aren't fulfilled by Amazon, then your order will be fulfilled directly by the seller who will also handle all of their customer service, I think it's understandable. Tested this out with a To Love-Ru game. The Amazon-fulfilled option didn't list international shipping, but it said it did ship to my address when I went to the next step.
