Even the best story with the best characters can be ruined if they interact poorly, and vice versa, even if the story or individual characters aren't that great the interactions between characters could very well end up improving the overall experience. Kairix360 Posted July 13, 2016 Share Posted July 13, 2016 For me, the most important part of a visual novel is the story. Atmosphere is another pretty important thing to me as well as the characters. I like looking at nice art, but overall, that isn't too important to me.
