Are you running your computer with Non-Unicode Japanese? (link to instructions): No. It's not my first visual novel, I have set my region to Japan.

Game: Eden* They Were Only Two, On The Planet

Description of Problem: The installation just doesn't start, I get an error about the correct drive or something.

Your Operating System: WinXP

64 or 32 bit (link to how to find): 32

What did you already try? (Uninstall/Reinstall, Redownload, Run as admin, etc): I tried two versions of the game from different sources. Always that same problem. It's minori's copy protection, this is kind of a similar problem some people had with Supipara.

Did you download your game from Fuwanovel?: No. It was from other sources.

Can you tell us where you got the files from or what they look like at least? Is it in an ISO format?

Edit: doing a little research. Does it tell you to input a password to install the files, such as a serial key or just a simple password?

Sorry for not replying sooner.

The before the setup starts installing an error box appears with this message:

ドライブにセットされているのはマスターヂスクではありません。

and then I click ok and it says there was an error the installation will stop. and that's it, the setup shuts down.

This is an iso image.

I always thought ディスク was disk. whatever.

It's saying something like "master disk is missing, can not setup in to drive"

Wording is kind of weird, but I think it may be trying to say that you lack the disk required to install the software.

Is the ISO mounted? (It should be, or else the installer shouldn't even be running)

Were the files downloaded completely?

Try this link if you need to download the crack.

I don't have the game itself, so I'm not entirely sure how it works. It seems to include key-generators for both of the versions of the game to bypass the serial code, (keygen may have passwords, but idk what the password may be. will look around) as well as a cracked version of the .exe.

I download the patch that Mephisto linked. What you do is open the root folder of the patch (don't go into the other folders) and then just run the patch, a dos console will show up, wait a few seconds and it will ask you for the name of the drive you mounted the image on to (for example G) then just press enter and the setup will start. The rest is just like any other installation.

I think you have to mount the image first before you execute the patch, not sure about that but you do need to have the image mounted.
