 Also, the hymen breaking is rather off the charts in vns too. It's not suppose to look like a period for gods sakes... I think most of this is just ignorance of the human anatomy... Not sure if more guys are h-scenes scenario writers but if you're a woman, you should not get this wrong at all!!! The only time it's really painful is if the guy forces it on you without foreplay or you're not relaxed while doing it (aka you're very stressed or being raped).

This also applies to male anatomy, no human being in existence has that much semen stored up. They make it look like a broken water pump. Not to mention no human being can shoot said semen so many times so quickly, even 2 times in a row is already dodgy.

You would be lucky to even find a noticeable spot on your bed. Some girls don't even bleed at all. Usually the blood just sticks on the guy's manhood and is easily cleaned with a tissue. Yeah this virginity blood is something that VNs exaggerated horribly. 

Oh my god, that semen release issue is something I should add on my list too. A guy being able to cum 5 times in a row without a minute of of rest may look like a stud (or one heck of a premature ejaculator) but I've never seen that happen irl. I love Majikoi and all but this is what makes go, "What!?" when Yamato comes 3-6 times in a row in a single H-scene. I don't think there's an H-scene across all games where he cums less than 3 times. Let me know when you find it.

Porn is meant to cater to fantasy, so I understand the being able to cum a bajillion times in a row for the guy (twice is about the best I can do when making the beast with two backs so to speak), so it not being realistic isnt a huge deal to me. I just dont get the crying, and screaming. 

Yeah the sex doesnt have to be realistic but blowing it out of proportions can be a turn off. The porn industry irl already does it. I heard from a good friend of mine who does short film porn that they have strict endurance and "size" requirements in the porn industry nowadays and they actually have to do some rather crazy stuff that's something you wouldn't do in the bed room. 

Also fans can appreciate a bit of realism and a VN is usually praised when it does especially in the storyline department.

Well, to be fair, truly faithful and realistic sex would be really boring to read about. 
Some form of exaggeration is needed to actually make it charming, even if that type of behavior/scene doesn't happen  in real life.
There is however a threshold where it gets ridiculous, and that's what changes from person to person.

To me, if a guy is just ejaculating over and over for the sake of cramming every sexual position in one scene, that's pretty ridiculous.

Netorare and rape pretty much for me. I find no pleasure in someone else's misery, fictional character or not. That's pretty much not my thing and I avoid it like a plague. As for little things that bothers me, I guess when the MC is too much of a dick or too much of a pervert aka he thinks more with his balls then his brain. It's not a game breaker, but just my personal dislike.

If we're talking about h-scenes, then watersports would be my first choice.  Always hated it, and that's never going to change.  Haven't encountered scat or guro yet, and I plan to keep it that way, since I have a weak stomach and a strong gag reflex.  I also hate it when they reduce the protagonist to a penis in h-scene CGs, or they go even further and make the penis invisible so all you see is the girl getting invisidick.  I get why they do it, but it annoys the hell out of me, and invisidick = automatic skip.

Plot-wise, deus ex machinas, obviously.  Drama for the sake of drama greatly annoys me (Hoshimemo, lookin' at you), but drama that actually has a reason to exist is fine, as long as it doesn't become unreasonable in order to fuel itself.  I've recently discovered that I strongly dislike hetare protagonists, thanks to Evangelion.  I just can't handle the whining.

Stories where the originally simple artist heroine suddenly revealed as a prodigy and Japan not being big enough for her anymore and Europe is the next stage! and has to travel for herself in x amount of years before returning to your side... I never liked those endings, but holy shit they are overused. Everytime some heroine has a sliver of talent in something, then you have this ending coming.

Super Abusive Tsundere - I don't really understand how the character can like someone who treats them so horribly.  It also annoys me, probably because I like when characters can be genuine about their feelings instead of acting immature to hide it.  (It may turn me off because I can't imagine myself being attracted to someone who treats me badly irl either, so it just seems strange to me).

Absolutely Clueless Protagonist - This tends to lead to having a harem because of their cluelessness.  Even when the girl/guy says directly to their face "I like you!" they are too dumb to get it or take it seriously.  I guess it can piss me off sometimes because their cluelessness could sometimes go borderline cheating and can portray thoughtlessness, where I'll just feel bad for the interested person.

Heartless/Selfish Protagonist - They can be so rude, mean, or horrible that I get annoyed the way he/she treats others. (School Days VN pops into my mind)

Damsel In Distress - Female characters I thought/wanted to be strong, and in the end, they just rely on the male characters to do everything for them. It's most annoying when it's a female character who is presented as strong, but once they get into a relationship or fall in love, they suddenly act clueless & weaker than the male.

In general, ditzy or whiny characters can get on my nerves.

H-scene that are randomly put in that ruin the relationship between the characters that I've imagined.  It can be annoying when H-scene ruins a bond that should have come more naturally by slower pacing (the characters don't seem to have grown to that level yet).  I'm more lenient about this on plain nukiges though, lol.

Rape-like dialogue in consensual - When the female characters repetitively act like a virgin, painful or w/e , like "Noo, don't~ too much! Ahh, so embarrassing~. Stop!" etc. even when it's their Nth time doing it with someone they love.  It can sound like they're getting raped instead of enjoying it.  It can be weird because realistically, I'd hope guys would stop if a girl actually says things like that. (lots of VNs I've read, even when it's yuri)

Physical Torture - Sex should seem enjoyable/pleasurable, so if it seems horribly painful it can make me feel uncomfortable for the character.  It's probably because it's not a position I'd ever want to imagine myself in.  I don't mind seeing some pain administered to the character if it can show equal/more pleasure given at the same time.. but if the pain seems to totally outweigh the pleasure, it'd make me feel bad for the character/situation.   (A VN that comes to mind is Euphoria)

Generally, I'm not into yaoi. I also don't really like it when there's too many macho male characters, so that may be why I don't really read harem otome games too much.

I guess it depends. If you follow a heroine route and it's pure love until a certain point, and this were to happen, then i wouldn't like it. That's for sure. But if circumstances were known beforehand then it would be something else. But a heroine fawning over another heroine wouldn't really make for a interesting route in my opinion though.,

I guess I wouldn't like it either if it was the first or second H-scene but if the protag and the heroine have been doing it for a while, a little touch of 3-some wouldn't hurt imo. It kinda happens irl too. Sometimes you want to try out "different" sex after doing the same one for a while, whether you want to do it via roleplay (this is usually the go-to), different sex scenario/position (or this one), use of tools such as toys or special beds and even bringing someone else over as a third or 4th wheel. For the latter, you can set different rules like anal only, no raw, masturbation only, no kissing, stuff like that and it has to be someone you really trust otherwise, you get the obvious NTR/cuckold scenario or worst, STD's.

Hey, i don't mind threesomes at all in general. Thing is, these events in my opinion tends to suddenly involve love between all three parts as well, which leads to said threesome in visual novels. And that's a nono in my book.

Oh I kinda see the difference now. Like the first 2 CGs you are kinda like treated like a boy toy by the 2 girls  (you can remove the protag and they can still enjoy themselves) as they are making love as opposed to the last 2 where both girls actually "want" you to do them and you are needed to make them feel good.

well i can't say i am satisfied with the H-scenes in most visual novels, 95% of the time i just skip them, but what turns me off:

• like others have mentioned, unrealistic oversized breasts.
• i also hate it when they make the girls cum like a fountain, and they have their bodies sweating and drooling like crazy lol
• rushed H-scenes that ruin the route ( happens in almost all vns)
• i also dislike it when they have sex while they are not clean, to illustrate, while we know the heroine/protagonist haven't even showered for days (due to some circumstances) and yet they have sex like it's the most normal thing in the world, and even worse they do oral . i mean damn, their genitals must taste like sewer after all that... (sorry if i made you puke.)
• i don't like it when the heroine is overly shy about having sex and keeps denying that she is enjoying it even though she is the one who begged for sex, (i am looking at you Amane ..)

Most of the h scenes in VNs are just thrown in and unnecessary. I firmly believe they belong in nukige unless they actually add to the route which they rarely do. I'm not sure how Japanese bust sizes are measured but I know they are measured differently. Like their C cup is like an A cup in ours here in America. And our D cup is like G or H. 

But to give a comparison, anything above D cup (in American measurements) for a slender woman is a turn off for me, so roughly anything bigger than Momoyo's. Not like we will be seeing any more obese heroines in vns any time soon to warrant bigger bust sizes any time soon.... The fattest girl I've seen who's in realistic standards with her breast size is Ukita Hidemi from Majikoi. Notice that even though she's bigger in width than Momoyo, her breast aren't as big so you don't need to be fat to have overblown breasts either....

Also even with slight movement should not cause crazy movements like that on huge breasts even without a bra on..... Again.... ignorance of human anatomical physics or just trying too hard to exaggerate.

 hahaha I'm the same way, when I started playing vns the h-scenes used to have an "effect" on me if you know what I mean... now I just look at them like it's nothing. I wouldn't say violence will make a difference for me, maybe if it was a yuri scene then I'm good to go Lool

 damn, honestly the second link...What the Hell is that?? Lool I don't know how some people find that attractive, not for me. 

 the only heroine with  reasonable large breasts I have seen would be Amane in Grisaia, I actually find that attractive. In fact I think all the heroines in Grisaia have realistic female bodies, I liked that.
