VN which have some of mountaineering/speleology moments

Means, they should have events, when main characters goes in mountain with equipment (or without, but need to have sort of hurdles, related to mountain climbing) or goes into caves with flashlights, ropes and other equipment (or again without, but with something related to cave hurdles, like traversing crevasses, rock climbing, sort of that).

I did not read too much VNs, so cannot give you much examples of such novels, so only one cames to my mind right now is Sharin no Kuni, Himawari no Shoujo, where main character along with girl descended into a cave in search for treasures and got to overcome some hurdles.

Of all the VNs I've played, Sharin no Kuni and Haruka ni Aogi, Uruwashi no are the only ones I've played to the end and enjoyed that include portions where spelunking or mountain-climbing was a serious issue.  In Haruka ni Aogi, it is only in Donoko's path where it is an issue...  and it is basically using spelunking techniques to map out an old underground military base.

Does Amane's route in Grisaia count ? Not many rocks, but there are mountains... no climbing though

No, dun count. That's just walk in a park, comparing to hurdles I meant :)

rewrite has a fair amount of boring parts where you search for stupid things in the forest  (all the routes have this part) and one time in a hidden cave where you go search bones of a dinosaur

spoilers ahead:

is boring as fuck

Forests does not count, for hidden cave I did not played (as Rewrite overall is boring as hell), do they really had any hurdles, related to spelunky (as they had in Sharin no Kuni)?

Ok, thx, will see, when (if?) this game would get a translation :)

they do but it's really boring and it end up being a joke (about the dinasour it was fake I believe) so yeah I don't recommend you to read it or anything.
