I read faster than most people I know, but I can't spend most of the day reading VNs, so...that's why it took me so long to finish Kajitsu. See, I have the free time, but as I live with someone that would freak out if they knew that I was reading/playing something with 18+ content in their house (even though I'm legally able to see it >.> ), I can't use all or most of it to read VNs. He might as well use steam's, if it has a high number of downloads maybe steam will want more VNs other than the already planned Grisaia no Kajitsu. Only reason I can think of for not using Steam's is not wanting your friends to know that you read/play VNs. Dunno if Stray Cat cares about that or not, though. The medium alone can carry a negative connotation for some people, adult-centered or otherwise. Some people might just be embarrassed having their friends see them play an 'animu game.' To keep it on topic, I'm still crawling my way through Michiru's route in between bouts of studying and procrastination. I hope to finish it sometime tonight or tomorrow and then move on to doing the one route I never got around to reading in Konosora last year. Some people can handle that type of thing better than others. I was in Boy Scouts since I was in elementary school, and I never hid that fact from anyone, even though the common perception was that Boy Scouts was "gay", which I thought was pretty hilarious, considering that you couldn't be gay and be in Scouts at that time. A fellow Scout I knew never mentioned it at all to anyone that didn't already know he was in Scouts. I personally don't give two shits what people think about me unless I actually care about them and their opinions. That happened to me with Makina's route in Grisaia. Honestly, if you're having a hard time making progress, I'd recommend doing something else for a day or two, then starting again. That helped me. I'm kinda surprised about how fast I'm getting through Natsumi's chapter. I've now passed 4/5 choices, and it hasn't even taken me that long.
