If even I react that way to Monobeno's content, MangaGamer is probably right by avoiding it. There are plenty of fish in the ocean, no reason to pick such a high-risk product. I'm guessing the sexual content is avoidable by not pursuing the route of the heroines in question. According to Mangagamer, the premise (onset of puberty) was the kiss of doom rather than the art. XReaper Posted May 14, 2015 Share Posted May 14, 2015 yeah & thats whats bugging me, i mean there´re tons of movies/series out there, including teen actors in love scenes, but hey thats called art then, which why they´re freely accessable. from my point of view there´s absolutely no difference between both, cause Monobeno isnt a nukige in the first place, means there is plot/story to follow & from a very very wide angle it could simply be viewed as a halfway animated, fictional teenage lovedrama. main point is that the protag is by no means some 35y old dubious chikan, waiting for some underaged prey, he´s somehow the same age as the female cast & normally you identify yourself with the mc, whilst reading/watching. Maybe your example with "teen actors in love scenes" was not the best one though. I always prefer to use a example that is a bit more extreme, the movie "a serbian film". It counts as art and is freely available uncensored on youtube. I don't really want to link it here or talk much about it but it is very disturbing, you can read about it on wikipedia. The things that both loli VN's and this movie have in common is that the content of them is not real. Though I do wonder if it would have been better to translate the prequel first, but it's your choice. Am I weird for thinking this is fairly tame material?? I've read much more questionable lolicon than what this game seems to provide. Btw, I counted about half of the lines. Alice's route seems to be the shortest with about 10k, Natsuha's has 11.5k and Sumi's even more but I have not counted it completely yet. I will update the original post with a status table when I have all the lines. If anyone else would help with the translation this would be appreciated, it is really a lot. According to discussion on VNDB and the official site, the endings for the other characters seemed more like just bad endings for the main character, so they created proper endings for each character (as well as after stories for each character). Also people were upset that the 'true' ending was still pretty depressing, so the writers rewrote it into a happy end... thus the title of the expansion. They have a current contest up on their site for people to pick among some new characters they just announced so when they make their next game they will have the proper ratio of H-scenes given to the characters that were the most popular in the polls. From a writer's perspective it seems kind of insincere, but from a corporate perspective these guys are geniuses and I'm surprised more H-game companies aren't doing this stuff.
