I enjoy nothing more than NTR however it seems there is hardly any translated VN with that element because most generally dont like them.

So I need all of your help, any translated VN with lot of NTR be sure to mention here!(just hope you will know something which I didnt played yet)

Unfortunately you'll be grasping at straws for this, there really aren't many translated VNs focusing on NTR out there.

Anyway if there is no good title translated then I guess no choice but seek out NTR in other mediums like manga or hentai.

It's not really a moral value issue.  The problem is that that there's a very low tolerance among the Western audience for hetare protagonists that get their girl stolen from them, which is pretty much an NTR staple.  The sort of NTR that would appeal to a Western audience would be the type where the blame would fall squarely on the female, I think.  In other words, a "slut" type heroine that betrays the protagonist.

& yeah of course every participant is important, cause when noone makes use of this practice, they obviously wont know what the majority wants & therefore will keep on choosing games themselves.

Netorare is all about the main heroine being taken away from the protagonist and it can occur in one of 3 ways:

Heroine willingly cheats on the protagonist.

Heroine is initially blackmailed/drugged/raped and eventually gets into it and accepts it and continues to cheat on the protagonist.

Heroine is forced to have non consentual sex throughout the whole thing.

 

The key in netorare is that the protagonist always loses the heroine to someone else (or multiple guys) and the protagonist pretty much gets rekt.

 

But yeah this is hard to find in VNs in English.

It's much more prominent in hentai manga though.

 

Your best bet is to just look for rape and other forced stuff as there really isn't much else.

Netorare is a very specific fetish where your significant other is stolen from you.  The Western equivalent is cuckoldry; the Japanese term literally means "taken".  Netori means to steal someone's else's lover.

The key is the jealousy factor.  The problem I have with most netorare VNs is that netorare is treated as sexual fetish material and the jealousy factor isn't properly leveraged.  Good netorare can't be avoided with obvious choices, or there has to be consequences for avoiding it.  In other words, it has to be experienced against one's will.  School Days is an example of properly executed netorare, even though it was a minor theme.
