  1. Hello, I'm a french game developer. My name is Shobu and I start a project with a little team of 3 people, me: the programmer, a sprite artist and a musician. Then, we need a CG artist to make backgrounds and scène for this game. To begin, I present to you what is the game we work on: Game Presentation: When The Light Go Down is an interactive Visual Novel, action take place in a fantasy world with angel, furry, humans and demon, there is a lot of race in this universe. At the beginning of the game, the player can choose our sex and our name, and in terms of his sex, the story change, there are the same PNJs, but the story is different. Game System: In the game, the player follows the link of the story, and at the special moment, he can choose what action her character does, and this action can change the next of the story, for a simple example, imagine: You are in the street, a little girl cry on a corner, you can: -Approach them and tell why she cries or -continue If you choose the first solution, the girl hurt you and thief your money, then she flies though the street, then, you can run before them or leave us alone, and the story is different if you choose to follow the girl or not. Sexual Content: In this game, we have 3 Major PNJ, a girl, a transexual, and amen. Dependent on your choice on the story, at the end, you can have sex with one. The action is explained by CGs and narration. CG artist job: Our job is to create all backgrounds and sex scene in this game, the background can be simple and not very complex, and the sex scene is note hardcore porn with a lot of tentacles :P, this is just normal sex with two lovers. Check out the trailer!: Inspired by the likes of Dark Souls, Earthbound, and various tabletop RPGs, Karmasutra is an intense, erotic hybrid RPG/Visual Novel taking place in a rich, detailed, open world. Karmasutra takes place in the world of Tattva - a mysterious, heavenly realm that acts as the final challenge for sinners who seek the call of Nirvana in other worlds. Once home to ancient, sacred civilizations, these eras have now passed; in the wake of this passing, the realm has become an afterlife, a final challenge for restless wandering souls who commit sins in other worlds. As our protagonist awakes in this strange land, he's quickly introduced to concept of Samsara; the journey across Tattva that all "Wanderers" must undergo to cleanse themselves of sin. Confused by this sudden pitch, our Wanderer also learns that this so-called "call of Nirvana" is not absolute; in fact, there are some Wanderers that choose to ignore the call in exchange for the infinite sexual & material pleasures - and dangers - that this mysterious afterlife seems to offer. In this foreign realm however, Wanderers are not the only residents.   10. Hello fuwa community. This is PervyGames with our official announcement for our first visual novel entitled, Quantum Crusaders. Quantum Crusaders is an epic, scifi/fantasy, comedy about three brothers whom are recruited by the Cosmic Federation to fight against the forces of the Kor. The visual novel will have the choice of choosing between James Alderic Knight, Robert Knight, and David Knight. We also have a yuri route planned if we get into stretch goal territory. Progress: Writing for demo ~ 66% complete. Missing David Knight's route. Characters for demo ~ 15% complete. Using mostly placeholders for characters while we work on the story. Music for demo ~ 0% complete. Working with composer, Emanuel Abrudean on the main theme. Trailer for Kickstarter campaign ~24% done. Voice overs are done.   11. Hello everyone. I've been working on this game for about two and a half years; and somehow only just now found out about this place. I am rather poorly informed... Anyways, I've managed to get a fair bit beyond the demo stage and have a fair bit of content made. It still has a ways to go before it is finished, but I think I've got a pretty good start on it at least. You are a first year student at the school, with a gift for Control magic. With this gift, you will develop spells that can be used to help others... or bend them to your will. Will you resist temptation to become a true hero, allow yourself a few minor indulgences along the way, or take advantage of your powers to take complete control of everyone around you? My main goal with the story is to give a lot of focus to player choice. Growing up, I was always disappointed with games such as Fable that promised a deep and rich system where you can be whatever you want to be, only to limit you to maybe 3-4 meaningful choices throughout the entire story. In this game, not only will you get to make numerous plot-changing decisions, but nearly every scene will allow you to cast the spells you've learned on the person you are speaking to. If you see the spell menu icon appear, it means at least one of the spells you can learn could be used in that scene. And the spell menu icon appears in nearly every scene. The Art When I first began work on the project, I was a horrible artist and had no money to pay for art. That has changed over the last year and more than half of my old art has now been replaced with higher quality artwork from other artists, and I have a goal of replacing the rest of my old art, especially the awful backgrounds, as quickly as possible. Here are some examples of some of the artwork present in the game. Lately im going translate more info about synopsis, about our heroes and ongoing news about project. Hi! I’m the head writer and author of the idea of Everlasting Cold. I'll tell you more about our project and explain some of details in this post. Also it should be noticed that English is not our team's native language, so this text right bellow can be a little rough. About our story. One of the main target for story – "globalising" from the start to the end. So it starts with simple idea – protagonist gets to a student base placed far away from civilisation. And this base is not from our world. It looks positive and kind, and it seems nothing bad will happen here. That's not the worst place to spend your last days of life… …Last days? Yes – this place is going to die. And all who lives here too. Can you change it? Can you stop it? Or you just want to take a rest before death? More strange things will happen then. More new characters will be involved to the story. It starts with just one hero but will grow and grow. It transforms into game about this world. Then – many worlds like this place but not only one parallel world system. Right now we have more then 10 characters in our story and 5 chapters that contains around 160 000 words. Story includes 3 big parts. First one is now complete. There is about 15 hours of gemeplay. Our objective time – ~60 hours. And if we will have enough support we can extend our universe for more chapters and side-chapters about LORE, characters or just interesting filler stories in it. Which genre is it? It is a complex story, so it consist of a lot of different things, Sometime it goes more psychologic thriller, sometime more like detective. also it contains a lot of philosophy about life in society, some magic, things bring us to fights, violence, sex, MORE MAGIC AND BATTLES and more philosophy. It's really hard to explain a genre of Everlasting Cold. It’s a complex composition of many things I want to see in one story. What is the main problem for us? Before I answer this question, I have to explain one important thing about this project. It’s a long story, but it will help you to understand our present situation. I started this novel at 27'th January of 2015. And started with simple idea whith a story about a man, who tired of world he lives in and can’t find place for himself. And those days I was alone without resources and experience in making novels. But the idea looked interesting. So I made one of the most decision – take some graphics from another project to design the novel. So as my goal was to create interesting story and show it to people. It doesn't looks bad. I never wanted to make it commercial or so, just tried to find more audience to read it. You can say it's bad idea or not, so it is a really long discussion, but that was the start. Soon after that some people read the story and enjoy it. Some was inspired of idea and joined to team that started to grow. Arts, music and technical parts came to the project after that. And it goes bigger. We tried to work enthusiastic. But it's not so efficient. So in fact it is some sort of modification (but almost nothing similar with novel I took resources from). At 11.17.2016 we finished 1st part of story. And for now it’s bigger and way more complex then novel I took resources from. And we come to the conclusion “we can't move forward as a mod. We must to transform it to a full and independent novel”. But major problem is just like at start – we don't have enough good artists who can draw a lot of backgrounds, arts, sprites to make it looks at almost professional level (I don’t think a good idea would be making average graphic content. Because it's a face of whole project, that's how it looks, how it feels. It's really important). So now we are looking for artist who can help us. And looking for support to hire good artist. But! Novels in our region are almost dead. #Minimal demand, poor audience, (that’s why it's almost impossible to make non-pop novels here. Forgot to say – we are from Russia). And the only way to continue working on this big project is to translate it into English. How it will looks as independent project? It will be not just simple change of some resources. For now I call it like “Rebuild” version. As I said – I start it with small idea and then team. In those days I didn’t know how big it will be. Opening chapters are not as good, as I want to. And it's not for wide audience – some things might take big attention to details. So we are working on complete rewriting of opening chapters. Add new characters in it, solve some misc LORE differences with later chapters, #improve some character's identity, totally build our own setting. That's a lot of work for now. Characters which was taken from that novel will be redesign completely and redrawn. As all backgrounds. So as “Rebuild” version it would looks a lot different as it looks now. What is our main goal for now? Finish 1st chapter and make it readable and playable again in Russian and English languages. We need to hire a high quality translator for this. Text have to look perfect (not like this post :D). So any support can help us to speed up this process. This is because I spend a lot of time trying to find somebody, who can help us and spend thousands of hours to discuss it and it's not really helps a lot. So if I can focus on scenario and we will not have problems with graphics, we can release it faster then current development speed. Just a quick answers at the end. Will it be free? In march I started development process and maked some dozens of mistakes. It was painful experience - yeah... But, i didn't give up and finally have a playable variant of the game.   25. I am currently looking for capable individuals to fill positions within my production group. This involves artists, composers, web producer/designer, sound designer, programmer, writers, graphics designer, producer, and a co-director. Please take your time to fully read each project pitch and determine for yourself if either are of any interest to you. When you have done that, follow the google form URL located at the very bottom of the post to complete the following application. The application is one of two parts, the second part will come to you individually according to which position you applied for. Think of the first part being interview questions, and the second part is for you to show me what you are capable of bringing to the project. Once the second part has been sent, the results of whether you have been selected will come to you through email after all applicants have been reviewed. *Should you decide against joining the production after you have been selected you are by no means obligated to commit. However, please make that decision before officially taking part in the team.* The projects I currently have planned may be considered within the "concept" stages. However, I have envisioned how each story will progress and made a few outlines for portions of a common route. Island Rakuen(18+) Genres: Mystery, Drama, Romance, Horror It is summer break and college students Shougo and Kyouhei have big plans for vacation. Together, they rent a yacht with the money they saved and invite their friends into the pacific. It would be their last trip before they graduate from students to full-fledged adults. It is also a chance for Shougo to confess to his long-time crush, Toujou Tomoyo. The group sets sail from Tokyo Bay and into the Pacific Ocean when they happen across an uncharted island. Seemingly uninhabited with the exception of heavy vegetative and tropical growth, and a sea teeming with fish the group anchors their yacht and makes camp. Everyone pitches in, building cabins out of branches and leaves, fishing in the ocean for food, gathering the tropical fruits, and hunting the unusually large population of aggressive birds from within the island. They take tests of courage, roast food over a campfire, share dreams and hopes for the future. The place is like a paradise for them. It was a paradise until a tropical cyclone sweeps away their only means of returning home. Stranded, and without means to communicate with the outside world the group of friends' long sought after vacation has become a nightmare. The test of time begins to take its toll on the island's newest inhabitants, and one by one they begin to lose hope of ever returning home. Tomoyo quickly becomes a burden, failing to hold her end of her tasks and earning Maehara Ryouko’s ire. Finger-pointing turns to shoving and opinions to arguments, solidarity crumbles and the group splits into two. Ryouko, having grown impatient seeing Tomoyo pampered for her mistakes and never owning up to her failures takes her own group and leaves. The separation brings temporary peace, but strange things begin to happen at night. A cacophony of howling and laughter sound throughout the island, and each group faces a danger worse than isolation—themselves. Design UI, title screen, Configuration screen. Sound Designer/Editor: Generate and create sounds and noise for purpose of immersion. (IE- birds, ocean waves, motor, SFX, etc) Additional Notes 1. Potentially Short-Medium in length. 2. As the 18+ tag implies, this story will contain content for the mature audience. Anyone under the age of 18 will not be permitted to participate in this production. Wraiths of Ivarholdt Genres: Drama, Fantasy, Action, Kael Craster is the leader of the band of sellswords called the Wraiths of Ivarholdt. Seven years ago when the clan was originally called the Ivarholdt Raiders, Kael was but a junior member in the clan having been taken in after he was orphaned during the Michar-Forissimo War. He had known bliss and love from his fellow clan mates until one day the Wraiths were indiscriminately hunted and slaughtered by orders of the king himself. Kael and Darrik were the only survivors, having been absent from the camp for a hunting trip. Present day, the war has ended in an armistice and Kael has peacefully rebuilt his clan, naming it the "Wraiths of Ivarholdt" in honor of his former comrades. However, that peace is short lived. News of the hermit King Michar leaving his castle to negotiate a treaty with King Forissimo reaches Kael’s ears. It is an opportunity he would not let go. Revenge begins to stir in Kael's mind and little do his new clan mates know their lives have now become a means to commit regicide. Enter Wiles Tressante, the protagonist of our journey and the Wraiths’ newest member. He is a spy from the neighboring kingdom and ward of King Forissimo tasked with kidnapping the daughter of King Michar. Life with the Wraiths becomes like a dream to Wiles. He finds within them camaraderie he’s never shared and a family he’s never had. His mission becomes a distant memory to him. But as the nature of Kael’s true intentions grow more visible, the tenuous accord between each member begins to shatter. Wiles discovers that he isn’t the only one with something to hide. Old grudges open new wounds, the tangles of lies tighten, and the very person he is supposed to be looking for may not exist at all. Programmer: Capable working with and have experience in Ren'py or other visual novel software. Design UI, title screen, Configuration screen. Sound Designer/Editor: Generate and create sounds and noise for purpose of immersion. (IE- sword clash, walking, fire, SFX, etc) Additional Notes 1. Potentially Long-Very Long in length. 2. The routes withinWraiths of Ivarholdt will not branch. They will be "arcs" and follow right after the other. In other words, it will follow one large linear path with multiple arcs, one focusing on each character. The story is designed this way such that, unlike traditional otome/bishoujo, the characters will experience the impact of the arcs preceding them. 3. Depending on the success of this visual novel and the continued commitment of the production group I intend for a sequel. 4. Kickstarter/Crowd Funding TBD Specific Recruitment Directors and Writers to work on genres: Otome, horror, comedy, skit, mystery eroge(18+). I am looking for a director and writer who will not be working on the above projects, but will instead lead projects of their own. Preferably a writer who has their own story in mind.
