Thanks to you all, now I have solved the problem myself. I change the compatibility of patch file to Window 95 ,start run the patch again and it worked.

At first I thought I really installed the non-DVD patch but after you guys told me this again so I checked the patch file once more It became like this http://image.ohozaa.com/view2/xZ7Lvqyr6AhNFAEp Is this meaning that the patch still doesn't installed yet?
