I tried to type regsvr32 on cmd after copying renderl.dll to C:Windows\System32 But I got this error pop-up

I'm using Japanese locale [if what you mean is change my computer locale to Japanese manually?, then yes] And by the way, my computer is Windows 7 x64-bit. should I still copy it to C:Windows\System32 ?

So, I already play alot of Visual Novel, and most of them works fine. Then I come across this ero game : Shukubo no Uzuki ~Hitozuma Miboujin no Nareta Karada to Amai Toiki~ And after install it, then i try to run the game, I always get this warning It's really weird because I have render.dll on installation folder This what I did so far, I tried to reinstall, but still not working. I tried to download the game from another source, but still have the same problem. Anyone know the solution?

Problem SOLVED What I've done to solved it are : 1. Uninstall K-Lite_Codec 2. Install CCCP Apparently you cant have 2 of those at the same time. Many thanks for all of your helps, man

I got this problem with this kind of Visual Novel I have no problem playing VN that doesn't have animated scene , but somehow my computer doesn't work when playing VN with animated scenes, For example , this : https://vndb.org/v4637/ And yes, I already tried it on one of my friends computer, and it works. But somehow, it doesnt works on my computer. So, anyone know the solution of this kind problem?
