Last week I received the Muv Luv gift bag, only had time to open it now. Excuse some of the dodgy photos.

I still remember quite a few things from the few years of German I took in school. What I retained best is how to count. When I visited Germany, what little I did remember actually was quite a big help, it was fun to be able to read and understand a few things. As SilverLi suggested, Italian is a good one too.

I was going to say German, but it seems you already attempted it? I liked the language because it was relatively easy to learn and it just made sense with how it's structured. Americans like to suggest Spanish, but outside of the USA you never really come across it.

After reading 2 pages of comments I was going to say the same thing.. Yep, you're right imo. I was bummed to see G-senjou No Maou fail in sales; no doubt with the exposure it would have had on Kickstarter it could have done MUCH better. I was super excited to get my hands on some physical goods, but unfortunately we didn't get a chance of doing that. I didn't even end up buying it. I'll be pledging towards this Kickstarter to get at least a physical copy.. SnK is one of my favorites. One of the best protags I've come across.

Can't tell if sarcasm or not. People either love it or hate it, it seems.. @SenpaiFingers read Katawa Shoujo like Deep Blue suggested. One of the best OELVN, if not the best.

Ahh, yeah good point. I haven't read it in awhile so I forget some of the details. To be honest I still don't really like it, regardless if they're asking for it or if they're doing it for fun. If I saw it in real life I'd definitely think it's bullying though.

Simple, nice review. I'll be saving this one for after a more serious/depressing VN. Currently reading P.E. so I don't want to be overloaded with its twin. Not to go off topic.. but can commenters leave a note if they preferred P.E. or this?

There seemed to be a bit of this in Grisaia; bullying pretty much. It had the same effect on me. It think the VN that gave me the most smiles and audible chuckles was Princess Evangile.

I might actually pick this one up just to see what it's about. What's interesting on their website is the stretch goals for their sales on Steam. Never seen this before without the crowdfunding platform. Edit: Before I purchase, I was wondering if anyone knows who translated it?

Ahhh, I didn't quite mean that . I meant you might get people off the forums who probably won't end up reading these VN's, "but since it's free stuff how can I resist entering". If the contest takes some effort it would filter out most of these.

Actually probably the worst imo. People will put effort into something they want and will actually use (read/play). If you use a randomizer anyone can easily join regardless of if they'll even use the prize.

Traveling is awesome Unlike most people, I actually enjoy the flights to some degree. At the moment I have a preference to traveling to some of the Asian countries over the European ones.

I just realized I wasn't following this thread so I missed your update, but I remembered to check back just now... It sounds like it was a blast and you totally did it justice. It's a pity you hadn't recorded it because I'd be very interested in watching it.

It wasn't even even on my radar since it wasn't completely translated, but now that it soon will be it has really grabbed my interest. Though everyone is saying how good it is makes me want to read the lesser VN's first so I don't ruin them by reading the, 'masterpiece'.

My gender is unknown since I haven't been introduced yet. Maybe you'll get some The more personality the better I say. Everything else is quite good imo.

@Tiagofvarela is absolutely right. Both of these VN's are a step above Majikoi in regards to genius protag - seriously good VN's.
