Well, it's been a lot longer than any of us hoped, but lo and behold, we have a Steam page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/972160/The_Witchs_Love_Diary/

Season 2 never, I'm sure, but the LN series is being officially localized, and the translator is a friend and is doing good work with it, so there's always that option: https://www.amazon.com/Kokoro-Connect-1-Hito-Random-ebook/dp/B07FNMCNGR/

Alright. I started Kokoro Connect 3 days ago, and I've finished 13 episodes of it.
I was really skeptical of the show due to how it starts out its conflict. I'm not a fan of being thrown into the fire without warning, so when the conflict just came out of nowhere in the first episode, I felt really iffy about the show. Thankfully, it was entertaining enough to keep me watching up to the point where I am now.
What I do like about the show is how it handles its arcs via the EDs. I'm a fan of how SHAFT handles the arcs in the Monogatari Series and Nisekoi by characterizing either the OP or the ED based on which character the arc focuses on or what the arc itself is, so seeing the name of the arcs in the changing EDs in Kokoro Connect really pumps me up to watch it. That particular aspect of the show may be the reason why I continued to watch it despite my prior qualms about it.
One last thing, that I absolutely cannot ignore.

    Yay, nostalgia thread!
I always thought this was a bit of a quirky song when I heard it as a kid. Probably still holds the gold for the most misleading start to an anime OP.

Finished KARAKARA and Analogue: A Hate Story.
Nothing much to say for KARAKARA. It was what I expected it to be. Although the plot would have been more engaging had it been given more emphasis, the shortness of the game and its understandable focus on its moe aspect dampen its significance. Would probably take people at most 3 hours to finish? I did it in less than 2. Well, at least the art was cute. Special mention for its music tracks though. Was really catchy, especially the one that plays when Leon drives in his car.
Analogue: A Hate Story was as fun as I heard it to be. Been a long time since I played a VN with its own kind of gameplay, so going through this one was refreshing. The way it told its story was also really nice to the point that I'd call it pretty appropriate for the kind of story it was telling.
Go buy it if you ever have money to spare.
Specific note for Analogue: I couldn't take the game seriously at times because I couldn't get it out of my mind how much *Hyun-ae reminds me of @Fiddle and Christmas hats.

Okay. I finished Kokoro Connect, and I can see why these guys pick Inaban over Iori.
Overall, a pretty good show. Would give positive remarks about it should anyone ask me if it's good. While the start was really, really weird due to what I've mentioned before, it manages to better establish itself as its characters grow.
Wonder what I'll pick up next, hmmmm.

Wow, I'm really 2 months away from being a two-year member. I usually forget how long I've been here until I look it up and think "damn, I'm way too old for this anime nonsense."
But here we are: 1000 likes. As some of you might know by now, I don't care much about post counts so I waited to get a juicy like number to make this kind of thread. And it does seem as if I am entertaining you guys, looking at my Post/Like difference (the internal mechanics of our OT forum are obviously completely unrelated). Most of that probably stems from memeing too much, but I would like to think that my contributions in the discussion forums are insightful too.
So, I hereby thank Fuwanovel as a whole for being better than reddit and our mod staff for their hard work in the fight against trolls, spam, random porn links and the occasional creepy otaku confession.
Now, to the call-outs. Because everyone does it, I guess.
@Suzu Fanatic and @Fred the Barber: I didn't place you two into your video roles randomly, you two are kind my "fanclub", if I can say that without looking like an asshole. Anyway, I appreciate all the support you two in particular give me for basically no reason at all. Pressing that green button actually makes me happy. @mitchhamilton, you get a deserved third spot in the fanclub, but you have been slacking lately.
The Skype People, who give me an excuse to waste ours of my life with nothing but text chat: @Hanako, @Vokoca, @madvanced, @Dergonu, @Asonn,  @Kawasumi, @Vongalaxy, @Kiriririri, @LinovaA(come back, you lazy adult!), @Zakamutt, @YarrakYarrak (no idea who you are here), @Yeah Way (I'm from Tibet, now you know), @sarayne, @Kurisu-Chan (don't let everything in life slap you down, it's bad for your health), @hsmsful, @Hymen, @Funyarinpa (look at me covering the desert in one go ) and some more which I probably forgot because they haven't been online for at least 2 hours \(°ω°)/
The Princess Evangile People: I honestly don't remember who all of you were, but I will never forget how much fun that damn thread was.
@Eclipsed, @Zenophilious, @Tiagofvarela, @KosakiFag, @crunchytaco, @Flutterz, @Nosebleed : You guys were the fools who made me feel welcome here from the get-go. I don't care who the real Fuwa-oldguard is, you guys are my oldguard.
@Fiddle: You make me depressed, because you are like me; just in funny. But then I read your posts and laugh the depression away.
@Decay, @Rooke, @Kaguya: You three probably didn't expect this call out - since we have different opinions on pretty much everything - but you three are really smart and enjoy being around smart people. Even if I don't agree with them.
@OriginalRen: You are not the best Reviewer in the world, but you are a great Entertainer. Play to your strengths!
@CeruleanGamer: It's not like I care about Nee-san, I just felt like mentioning her.
@Valmore: It's not like I care about Aniki, I just felt like mentioning him.
@Palas and @nohman: You two are smart and pleasant company. Running into you on the board is always a pleasure.
@TheguywholikesDearDrops: You know who you are, keep it up.
@Elina-chan; You are the best waifu. Luv u bby <3
@all the translators who actually finish their projects; Texas Dice loves all of you. I would rob a bank for your sakes, you glorious bastards!

Here we are, thanks for all the likes everyone! People not mentioned in the thread or shown in the video are free to complain.

Now everyone can ask me whatever they want to ask.
I shall answer in honest, unless I feel like lying.

Last week, had my occasional anime marathon with my friend. We watched three shows, two of which were new for me.
First show was Made in Abyss. At first I thought it was going to be full of furry bait and despair after being exposed to countless Nanachi fanart, but I'm glad to say that it exceeded expectations. I absolutely loved the adventurous feeling the show had going for it, embodied by the characters of Riko and Reg.
Second show was Violet Evergarden. I expected it to be a romantic show with how there was so much emphasis in the feeling of love from the start, but I am pleasantly surprised with how it turned out. Violet is such a precious person. I absolutely loved watching her develop into the kind of person she wanted to become. Cried every other episode. I'm a crybaby.
I think I'll watch Kokoro Connect next. I have to at least try out @Roach's recommendations.

Updated the patch. Now every dialogue line has 「」wrapping.
Also, will add a note on the first post that saveload is still broken for dialogues longer than 1 line.

It's 3AM or something and I finally finished Da Capo.
Kotori's route was full of romance. Getting into Da Capo, the kind of content it had was exactly the kind of content I was expecting from a romance-focused moege. It was refreshing to finally read something within what I imagined the story to be. I loved Miharu's route, and it made me realize who real best girl is. I love bananas now. Etc route was pretty interesting, and is a nice play with the overall theme of the game.
After reading it all and unlocking all scenarios, I think I can say that Da Capo exceeded my expectations as a moege (or whatever the more appropriate term is for these moege derivatives). It lives up to its reputation, at least.
However, I do have some qualms about some of the routes I just finished. I guess I'll just put those in my journal so I don't spoil people who just want to read through buzz here.

Thank you for all the enjoyment I have gotten from Fuwanovel over the coarse of my stay. Thank you Tay, Nayleen, Nosebleed, Solidbatman, Decay, Rooke, KosakiFag, Madvanced, Ken-kun, Flutflut, Tiag, and everyone else on Fuwanovel for giving me a place to go and talk about the things I enjoy. I've recently moved into a new house and with it I want to do things differently. It's my senior year of High School, I've lost 70 pounds over the last year, I've gotten more friends, and I just want to do things differently, simple as that. I'll still be on Discord, Skype, and Steam for anyone wanting to talk.
    Again, thank you
One last Inori (a re-post but it's my favorite).

I really loved this site <3
