The dead Yandere Translations have already translated Common route, Yukie route, Yukie After Story, Kazuko route, Kazuko After story, Momoyo route, Momoyo After Story, Chris route, Chris After Story, Teacher side route, all the menus, end skits, as well as some of the Miyako route and the Kazama side-route. All of Yandere's work (Except crack) has been included in the patch.

Note: Fuwanovel doesn't allow us to post a download link for an illegal version of the game. You'll either have to find a pirated version by yourself, or buy it.
Note 2: Fuwanovel doesn't allow torrents anymore, so you'll have to make do with file-sharing websites. At least from us. Someone else might make a torrent and upload that somewhere like Kickass or Nyaa.

Install Instructions:
1. Open the "Majikoi English Patch." (Preferably as administrator.)
 
2. Click "next." (Duh.)
 
3. If you don't have Majikoi installed in the default directory, or don't have Japanese locale, navigate to the game location with the "Browse" button. Choose whatever folder has the まじこい.exe. If you don't have it, then re-install the game. Note: Sometimes, because of Windows pathfinder being stupid, even if you have it installed in the default directory and the locale is set to Japanese, the "next" button will still be gray. If that happens, just click "Browse," and then "open folder" without choosing anything. That should fix it. If not, just navigate to where the game is installed.
 
4. Choose what to install. The English Patch contains all of Yandere's work (minus crack), and, of course, our own translations. "Uncensored Images" will replace all the adult images that contain censorship with fan-made uncensored versions, courtesy of Helvetica Standard. These can vary in quality.
 
5. Click "install." Wait for it to install.
 
6. Click "Finish."
 
Aaaaand you're done. Congratulations, you now have a completely English translated version of Majikoi!
 
 
 
Important!
In order to make a non-legit copy of the game work, a cracked .exe is needed. Fuwanovel doesn't allow cracks because of legal issues, however. If you want to play the game with a pirated version, you'll have to find a crack for the game somewhere else. For anyone with a Yandere-patched version of the game, this is not important, as yours is already cracked and our patch doesn't overwrite the crack. For anyone else, try finding Yandere's version on torrent sites, or wait for an independent crack to be posted on websites such as [removed].
 
                                                                        
Un-install instructions (Useful if you don't like the uncensored images):
1. Open "Majikoi English Patch Uninstall" in the folder you installed the patch to, aka your Majikoi folder.
 
2. Click "next." (Duh.)
 
3. Choose what content to install.
 
4. Click "uninstall."
 
Done. Please note that the uninstaller simply restores the game to the state it was in before you patched it. So if you had Yandere's version before, and you installed both the English Patch and the uncensored images, and then uninstall them both, the game would revert back to just being Yandere's version.

No one named Peter Payne, nor anyone from JAST, has contacted me nor any other project members. As such, I can't say what is gonna happen with complete certainty, but unless something radically changes, the patch release will happen as planned.

All the routes and side routes have now been translated and QC'd. All that is left is to put them in a patch, and that shouldn't take long at all.

Well, i finally managed to recompile the .pac so if the translation team finish inserting the text i can recompile it.

Also, I've gotten hold of 3 slaves (twdarkeh, NhKPaNdA, and CryingWestern) to do some of the patching, so side-route patching is now in progress.

Kosuna and I agreed to just use Dowolf's translation, as Kosuna is not at the same level in neither English nor Japanese.

I have a special request regarding uncersorship. Can you make the defloration of all heroines clear (i.e. have blood). My objective reasoning is that some gamers doubt if the heroine is still a virgin or not (especially the slutty, cunning, and older ones). With this, we can affirm that the heroine was still a virgin. My subjective reasoning is besides loli, I have a fetish on defloration. Thus, you can satisfy gamers who have defloration fetish.
 
If you found this request unreasonable or hard for the cg editor, at least remain the blood of the heroines who showed it (like Mayuchi). If you accept my request, you have my greatest gratitude.
 
P.S.
If you're wondering why I like defloration, my country values loyalty towards the significant other and condemns infidelity. That's why I hate netorare genre.

Anime (and probably VN too) are more targeted at 20-30 males (read: people who can buy expensive as fuck blurays/games) than teenagers.
 
People like the intelligent-sarcastic-villainous type because it looks cool/chuuni (very teenager way of thinking), not because it's "realistic". Realistic shouldn't be even applied to fiction in most cases.

Rule of thumb - the age of the main protagonist (in animes and VNs) roughly matches the age of the show's target audience in Japan. You get your exceptions, but on the whole it seems about right. It's not about being realistic but getting the target audience to relate to the protagonist, I assume.

Grisaia isn't exactly the last VN I read, although it is my favorite. However I had experienced this kind of behavior but in reverse in another VN, Fate/Stay Night(Which I like almost as much as Grisaia) and I liked that quite a lot. Sorry to disappoint you but I'm no loli, I'm a hairy dude.

You have the "last-visual-novel-syndrome" (like the last-song-syndrome) ~~~~~~~ Grisaia no Kajitsu... How cute. It makes me want to hug you...if you're a loli girl... Gwehehehe... XD
Don't worry, I also have the "last-visual-novel-syndrome" which is majikoi... I also like the Grisaia no Kajitsu and how Yuuji's character grows in each heroine... XD

When they are mature/realist enough to know that sometimes there are unavoidable sacrifices and things like that it's even better, but it's also good that sometimes they go against their ideals and try to "save everyone" because it makes them flawed and hypocritical which makes them feel more human.

From the choices given I would say the intelligent-sarcastic type. One trait that I particularly like in MCs is the planning before taking action. I like those MCs that don't just try to plow through obstacles with force and recklessness and actually give some thought to their actions, if their composure is calm and cool almost all of the time even better.

He's the scourge of the Fuwanovel forums. Someone needs to provide the much needed pessimism, so that optimism can fight and triumph over it, much more powerfully. 
 
Personally, I prefer the intelligent, the kind, and the sarcastic protagonists, any combination of these traits would do.

If you hate them so much then why are you even still here reading VNs and watching Anime? at this point I can't tell if you are a hater, troll or both.

Although those attributes typically fit into your run-of-the-mill visual novel, I can assure you that there's a number of exceptions. For example, I don't think that you could say that Hisao from Katawa Shoujo is exceptionally sarcastic, intelligent, stupid, or perverted (OELVNs might be different, I know, but that's just to point out an archetypal example). I personally prefer something along those lines, where the protagonist isn't boring and void of character, but also is actually somewhat relatable to the player; nobody who's playing a game with an extremely perverted protagonist would truly do most of the things they do.

I prefer sarcastic-intelligent ones because I can relate better.
 
I am by no means very 'intelligent' but I am quite sarcastic so I relate better in terms of my personality.
But I am usually fine with any type of personality as I usually view their story in an 'outsider' perspective, even when the VN is presented in a first person narrative.
 
However there are always exceptions, and I may find that a protagonist is simply too extreme of a personality. Everything in moderation I suppose.
