I really need motivation to read VNs. I'm still stuck after the first route in Mashiro-iro.

I'll take Arietta and Fal over Torta everytime.

Seems to me that the first parts were solved already. Also, I can't see the last part. It brings me back to the website upload page.
 
As for the second one. Graph transformation is done based on the general form of the equation. If I'm not mistaken, the things you have to change with the general form is usually the vertical shift, horizontal shift, and the multiplier. I think the transitional graph means that you have to apply these changes one at a time.

As for the domain and range, domain IIRC refers to x, so solve for y and determine the values possible for x. For the range, do the inverse. Solve for y and check for the values possible for x. Usually, we check the values that won't create an imaginary result and infinity. For the intercepts, to get the x-intercept, let y = 0 and for the y-intercept, let x = 0. To get the asymptotes, check for the values that will make y infinity.

Way back, the forum is more of a "if it's not VN related, it should not be posted in the forum". It's only later that they added boards for members to post things unrelated to VN.

Symphonic Rain is one of the VNs where everything becomes clearer the more routes you finished.

I can't speak for what's happening today. However, even way back fuwa has its share of spam and chatters.

The difference imho is that way back, there are only two sub communities (IRC and Steve TS). As such, the context of these thread are often understood by the forum. Less sub communities and less members means that around 40-50% will get what you mean.

Compare it today where we have lots of sub communities and more members. Sometimes I read a thread without knowing what it is even referring to

Symphonic Rain. A VN that is not that popular and yet is highly rated by people. The story and the characters meshes up in the overall story. Seeing all routes changes all the routes you played before.

I played the VN because I watched the anime... and because I'm not fond of Nagisa. I'd say it's worth the play if you are going to play it for the non-Nagisa centric parts. I mean, there's much more to the VN than after story.

I've been in the situation. Luckily though, work kept me busy that I was not really able to think about it that much. Then I have friends I can hang out with be it work, anime, games or whatever.

I don't know about you. But I realized that there are things that I want to do and that I'd rather enjoy myself alone or with my friends for a few years or so.
