  1. Update: House in Fatamorga now spotlighted at Siliconera~ http://www.siliconera.com/2014/03/30/gothic-visual-novel-the-house-in-fata-morgana-has-an-english-demo/ Talk about dedication, these Japanese devs needs more love >.<
  2. There are 50 lines submitted on Visual Novel Reader. Also, it makes use of ATLAS and LEC machine translation with an online-shared translation/dictionary so it would improve machine translation. It also supports infoseek and excite online translation which is superior to Google translation. If you want to know how to set it up I made tutorials that covers basic and advance usage. Basic You can just skip the registration part if you are not a translator. Advance part 1, part 2 The advance part covers text to speech integration using Voiceroid as well as other things that comes with VNR.
  3. Sad to see Noragami end. I want more! :D TVアニメ「ノラガミ」公式サイト http://t.co/qFLSYd31vQ

  4. umm..yaoi and otome are different. and not all girls are into yaoi gender, some just pretend to like it just to fit in tumblr...hah finally said it
  5. www.englishotomegames.net/‎ Also, when you promote your stuff you need a tumblr or a blog or a website to communicate with the fans Clean up your presentation a bit more, something like how this team has presented it. Hang-out with OELVN communities (original english visual novel) on reddit http://www.reddit.com/r/visualnovels/ http://www.reddit.com/r/vndevs
  6. Have you promoted your work at English Otome Games @ tumblr? if not do so, i bet more fans are willing to support you
  7. I like the art, better than most indie games I've played. I probably don't like that cat woman thingy...sorry. I think it would have been better if they promote their game as well as adding beta/trial version in the $10 tier.
  8. My game developer colleague (not related to dischan) explained that this is enough for a year salary of an indie game developer. This is probably the only income that the team can have and they are putting all their time and resources on this so I can understand why the funding is huge.
  9. Partially translated Japanese Otome Games to English http://t.co/KBqylgme2u

  10. I have fulfilled one of my task.I could get back to the translation team after my IT project is done which would probably end in October #BG

  11. Hakouki centers more on the story, and well...the heroine is totally useless but she's there as emotional support for the guys. My brother enjoyed Kazama's (the guy on top) route the most. Sweet fuse is fun, there are more choices than Hakuouki and has a unique gameplay where you have to select keywords to connect the dots. If you don't prefer light hearted stories and absurd story lines then I don't recommend Sweet fuse. Also it's primary focus is the romance, what makes this VN fun is because its absurd....and for me its fun. Also the game is not as interactive as 999, If you want an interactive visual novel on psp, get Dangan Ronpa but i don't know if it works on ps3. Persona 3 Portable is really fun too, you can choose between a boy or a girl heroine. It's an RPG with Visual novel elements.

  19. I studied with a close friend, the first thing we did was converting our names to katakana and hiragana and then every week we will learn/memorize a row of Hiragana. After we manged to memorize Hiragana for a month, we proceeded with Katakana. The next thing we did was listen to animes. Thats right...LISTEN. We convert those sentences to Katakana and Hiragana just so we could memorize everything. And thats it. Next month we will start out with Kanji
