Same issue here, also a lot of the wording is wrong, a lot of the choices shown here do not match with what the visual novel has.
I fixed it up:
 
 
Loading from save 5 doesn't do anything even after reading through all previous endings, I did notice a branching point after you return the shard in the callander but the choice never shows up, does this mean loading from save 5 isn't the way to go about getting into Aine's route?  It almost seems like you need to start from the begining to get into her route.
It seems like the issue I was having was because I loaded a save file that didn't choose to return the shard in every choice thus is the reason Anie's route branch didn't show up.
All choices are now worded correctly has they appear in the visual novel.
I never make walkthrough guides here myself because I do not agree with their rules they enforce for making one and also the fact I lose ownership of my own thread which isn't right at all and no one should be okay with that.

A shame Jack has to leave, but real life takes priority so it's understandable.
Anyway, I'll be taking over as main editor and project leader of the restoration, and right away I'll be making some changes:
We will do two patches: One with the original translation + H-scenes, and another doing a TLC pass for the whole game.
After reading it for a bit, I realized right away that the base translation is atrocious and the inaccuracies are abundant, so we've decided to go the IMHHW route and do a TLC pass over the whole game. This game DESERVES a proper translation, and not the butchered version TokyoToon/Harukaze shat out. But we also decided to split said TLC effort from the H-scenes patch, so as to not make people wait for it (it would make me happy if you did, though).
There will be some style changes too: We will use present tense for the narration. The great majority of visual novels are written in present tense because they're meant to be seen from the eyes of the protagonist, and while I do agree that past tense does look a bit better than present tense if done properly, in this case it was obviously NOT done properly, and I don't believe myself good enough to try.
Regarding Noratoto 2: The hacker said he'll start working on it, but I don't want to get ahead of ourselves. This project's been going slow but steady, so let's not rush it.
The translation's been stalled for a bit because our TL has been sick, but we should start picking up speed again soon.
So yeah, the H-scene patch is still months away, but we WILL see this restoration done.

Sorry gents, but due to some IRL complications, I have to leave this project. Don't worry though, I'll be leaving it in the hands of a good friend of mine.

Btw, just to make a small update while we are here.
We got some attention on OAG today, and the progress that was mentioned there was when I originally posted this thread. Right now, at this very moment, we are at 6% for the TL of the H-scenes, courtesy of @Zephyrast

Yup, this will be the same broken crap we know from the Steam version. If Pulltop actually cared, they would release the Cruise Sign PS3 port (a high-effort all-ages version that didn't exist when the first IMHHW localisation was made) in English with fixed translation, but that would require actual effort and investment. Why bother when you can make a cheap cash-grab.

After SukiSuki was wondering if they'd ever release this but I guess they'll try, along with having issues with their payment gateway Mangagamer announced that HareTaka will be delayed.
Well hopefully they fix their payment thing and its out before the end of the year or earlier.

No, yeah, the Kanon H scenes are truly awful. They were actually my first experience with H in a VN, and I was like, god, why is this a thing. And then I think my next experience was F/SN, which only reinforced that view. I had to play one more game with H in it (it ended up being Comyu) before I finally started thinking maybe H scenes weren't so bad after all.

I have no idea what was the point in releasing it on Steam, but whatever. What really bothers me though is that creating a new butchered version (no pun intended) does a crack on this otherwise timeless gem.

I once had a nightmare that Grisaia no Kajitsu had an anime adaptation.  It was horrible.

As for Noraneko mess, like everyone said it's more on Harukaze instead of Fruitbat because Harukaze themselves was the one who decided to release console version instead of 18+ version, and only after they announce their brilliant decision (According to them obviously) they announce that Fruitbat will help the publishing. As for Fruitbat themselves while all of their releases is all age, it's still not their fault in regard of Noraneko censorship because almost all of their releases in the past is all age in the first place. For Moenovel, well unlike Fruitbat they deserve the blame for censoring their own release because it's only subsidiary to Pulltop which mean that basically their publish the overseas release by themselves, so you can blame Pulltop as well for their messed up release for overseas.
In the end, while I understand that the censorship make you understandably bitter about that, I think blaming the companies here (Even if the company deserve it and your wording is beg) is not really helping the VNs got uncensored release and may sounds rude to the company to did their best (I talk about Fruitbat here). I know that the companies were probably reading about this, but seeing that Pulltop still not releasing 18+ VNs for overseas even with a ton of critics thrown to them through Moenovel, safe to say that it's already futile because Pulltop is already firm to their decision with censorship for overseas.

Then they didn't pick up a flashy enough title. This is what Xeviax should have picked up instead He'd be swimming in money by now. Apparently, this is where the sex games market is at.
