  1. I'm trying for the true end on Rebirth 2... Lemme tell you, it's a pain in the ass. >_> I literally had to put it down because I can't be bothered to grind all those shares up and down up and down...
  2. Pffft. Not enough people playing Grisaia >_>
  3. ^ Anal Breaker, lol. Heh. Hehhh. Okay, I couldn't help that one.
  4. I personally LOVE the Sunrider series. Can't wait for Sunrider 2 to finish. I recommend playing Sunrider Academy next if you haven't, it's stat management dating sim with SoL elements based in an alternate universe, and in a younger timeline than original Sunrider. You'll notice a million Easter eggs though. Truly enjoyable.
  5. Hum. For me, enjoying reading was being able to imagine things I wouldn't normally do on my own. Being able to delve into worlds aside from reality. To put myself in other people's shoes, and walk that mile you could say. Things you can't necessarily do in real life. In short, it's fascinating. I'll read just about anything without concern for writing prowess or what gives, as long as it's interesting.
  6. Ugh. The age-old question. Dislike. Greatly. However, simply put, my child. Reason is very simple; they have so much more to live for than adults that have already experienced life. There's more to the reasoning than that, but that's the short.
  7. Yesss, so I can have Noire, Neptune, Plutia, Uni, Gear, Cave, Blanc, and Falcom all to myself! That'd be a great harem, IMO.
  8. I need to jump more. I'm gonna beat you, Ceris!
  9. I stand in awe of all your jumping prowess'. I don't think I jump that often lol. I think I'm at 530 jumps so far and I just started chapter 2 on Rebirth 2. >_>
  10. Yeah, I personally plan on focusing mostly on all the SoL events as much as possible before I do the main story stuff. It's just far more interesting IMO. Like you said, it's not that it's bad, it's just... The SoL bits are... Golden, lol.
  11. -nosebleed- (hurrhurr) Yuri2Hot4Me. NoCanHandle. Seriously, I've never gotten into yuri. Mostly because I like to place myself in a protagonist's shoes, so to speak. Helps get in the feel of the atmosphere. So I mainly stick to works with male protagonists. Probably weird, yeah? As close as I've gotten to "yuri" would be Hyperdimension Neptunia. And, well, yeah... Not exactly yuri by most stretches, lol. Maybe oneeeee day! Either way, extremely well done, Nosebleed. It's almost enough to persuade me to the dark side!
  12. How lewd, Stray. How lewd. I did not think you so corrupt!
  13. Yeah, it sure seems that way. Have you finished it? I'm not sure if there's a pace I should be setting as far as progression, or what gives, because I'm not really sure how far I am into the story. I have like 10 hours in it, but like I said, I've mainly been doing SoL stuff.
  14. Playing Fate/Hollow Ataraxia at the moment. Being a huge fan of Fate/Stay Night, it couldn't be helped. Though at first I wasn't too thrilled with it, I decided to trudge through it, and man, it's not disappointing. It feels like a perfect blend of Fate/Stay Night with Carnival. Simply beautiful. Granted, I'm getting bad ends all over the place because I can't help but do all the SoL scenes over main plot stuff, but hey, it's worth it. I think I've lost count of how many bad ends I've encountered so far. It's not often I have time (or desire) to binge eight hours on a VN, and that speaks enough in itself. I will thoroughly enjoy this.
  15. What, really?! No way! I didn't know Compa had fans! Haha. She's cute in her own little way. Her voice sometimes, though. Makes my head hurt after a while. x_X That's very true. I always have those moments where I'm mindlessly standing in one place in a dungeon jumping, it's just so addicting. I don't know why. It's like I'm being hypnotized by the sheer awesomeness.
  16. Damn. I hope he feels better. Strokes are nasty business. Even minor ones. It's good to know he's okay.
  17. Hmmm. Probably around 40 hours? Around there. Honestly, I'm a Blanc fan. Surprise, surprise!
  18. Well, Rebirth2 released today on Steam, and it's 50% right now. I played about an hour's worth of it so far (I had to put it down because I have other things to do) and it's pretty decent. Personally, I only -just- finished Rebirth1 like a week ago, so this fortunate for me. Considering I enjoyed Rebirth 1 a lot, I'm sure I'll enjoy Rebirth 2 just as much. Nepgear looking cute as hell, too. Definite plus.
  19. It's fantastic that they removed the time aspect. I didn't mind it in previous games because I was always able to complete my objectives and get the endings I wished, but I won't lie and say it didn't get close sometimes (I am a perfectionist after all) and after having numerous JRPG's under my belt, "grinding" is a matter of course. Although maybe difficulty settings including the time aspect could've been added instead of removing it completely? Like casual, normal, hard, etc. This does look a lot better than Rorona Plus, which I have on my PS3 as well. This might be interesting. Good review.
  20. Hey! Welcome to Fuwa. I hope you like it here. Oh and, nice to meetcha.
  21. Monster Girl Quest. As the saying goes, "Came for the porn, stayed for the plot." It's not bad, the OST is great, and you can avoid 99% of the reverse-rape scenes. And Ice, is Cannonball really that good? I have it on my drive, but I only checked out a few minutes of it... Something about the protagonist rubbed me funny. Maybe the way he talks. >_>
  22. I only recently came back after a long absence, but I remember you. Hey again, Shu. And gratz!
  23. It doesn't personally matter to me. One of the first VN's I read was Fate/Stay Night, and it wasn't particularly bothersome. You could still see behind the text, and in other VN's I've tried that have a similar text system (I can't remember if F/SN did this or not) you can close the text "wall" to see the visuals behind them more clearly. I do have a friend that vehemently protests against such text walls himself, and refuses to read F/SN for that same reason (which is sad, really) so I can kind of understand why some dislike it... It does seem to get in the way sometimes, but I mean, if you've read a book before, then how's it so terrible? I dunno, that's the best way I can say it, really. It doesn't bother me. That said, no, I wouldn't judge a VN by the way its text is shown. If I enjoy the VN, I'll read it. Regardless of whether or not the text covers the whole screen or just a little box at the bottom. Though I would say it is easier to appreciate what's going on in a particular scene when you can see the expressions of the characters or whatever else may be going on.
