    Where to purchase
The game can be purchased legally from DMM (https://dlsoft.dmm.co.jp/detail/tin_0002/), but a Japanese proxy/VPN may be necessary to purchase it. In addition, there's an extra layer of DRM which requires the installation of the DMM Game Player software which then allows you to download and install the game. A Japanese VPN is necessary to use DMM Game Player, both to download the game once purchased, and also to launch the game, although once launched the VPN can be turned off. This is the copy I have obtained, but the patch will work with both the DMM version and the original disc version released in 2010, although the only difference will be in their encryption and the addition of one extra file to get the disc version to work on modern systems.
    Project

The English localization project is being conducted by Studio Frisay as its third project following Imasugu Onii-chan ni Imouto datte Iitai! in 2022 and H2O √ after and another Complete Story Edition in 2023. As before I (Tooko) will be doing all of the translating and editing of the script, along with probably most of the image editing, and working on the game engine. Also as before, nReus has agreed to help with the rendering of the game's videos and also some of the image editing (you can largely thank him for the design of the logo above).

    Progress
Programming: The game uses the Kirikiri engine, one of the most popular and versatile engines around. I've already taken care of the preliminary engine hacks necessary to construct the patch after a lot of trial and error, and also received some help to streamline the patch creation process once the project is complete.
Translation: The translation officially commenced on January 19, 2024. However, I already translated about 25% of the script by the time I announced the project a couple months later in March. The game has 35,416 lines across 180 scenario files split up between the five heroine routes:
    Kaori: 8519 / 8519: 100%
    Airi: 4101 / 7368: 55.7%
    Nagisa: 0 / 7356: 0%
    Yui 1: 0 / 8334: 0%
    Yui 2: 0 / 3839: 0%
    Total: 12620 / 35416: 35.6%
Relatively uncommon for this type of game, it doesn't have a separate common route and instead incorporates elements similar to a common route into the beginning of each route. There is also a set order the routes must be completed, which is the same order they're listed above. A full walkthrough will be provided with the patch to view all CGs and endings.

Turned out the last update is not really the last update before Yuzuki's patch release. Anyway, there's a bunch of word from the updates, so I'll quote it below.
Personally speaking it's a bit too bad that the release was pushed back again with the estimated earliest release time is at April, although then again it's definitely far more annoying to get a hundreds of notification in Discord informing grammar errors in Ginharu (Nitpicking or not) so the staffs understandably tried their best to fix the translation as much as they could, and obviously it took long time with the staffs only finished the QA passes for both Mizuha and Yuzuki's routes just recently. Also the writer of the post is the hacker which the last time it was mentioned is still bedridden because of the operation, and apparently it took longer time to recover so only now he can find the time to start the finalization work on it. Anyway, the current progress is listed as 'Playtesting Gin’Iro’s patch' (ie beta testing the patch) with additional notes they made the final changes to the scripts in both routes.
Lastly, with on how turbulent the finalization work turned out, I'm not quite sure if it's really the last update before Yuzuki's patch release or not. Regardless, I'll write the update in the next month if the staffs still has some bit to say in regard of the updates. Of course, it'll be better if the next update is Yuzuki's patch, but we'll see about it later.
That's all for March 2024 update of Ginharu here.

I've been curious about this, too! So far, my experience with VNs on Windows 11 has been smooth sailing. No glitches or hiccups to report – everything seems to be running just fine. It's great to have a platform where we can share our experiences and help each other out. Oh, and speaking of Windows 11, if you're still looking for keys, I stumbled upon digitalchillmart.com recently. They've got some legit keys for both Windows 10 and 11 at pretty decent prices. I think it might be worth checking out if you're in need.

You definitely didn't read the title wrong, because they definitely manage to do so with them got the HD version along with Sana side story. While I did keep saying that I hope to see this available in English because of the art (And Kawamura indeed manage to make Tsubasu's art beautiful in the anime), I still can't believe that it finally happen. Anyway, apparently it'll be available in April, although Shiravune change the release time to Q2 of 2024, which is good move if we see on how slow review process in Valve can be (Especially with Amazing Grace).
Oh yes, here's the link to the Steam store of the main game and the link to the Steam store of Sana side story.

    Description:
The story of Snow starts when the main protagonist Izumo Kanata visits a small village called Ryujinmura (village of the dragon god) to help his cousin Tsugumi manage a local hotel with hot springs. In the village there is an old legend: In ancient times, the village is protected by the dragon goddess. However, one day the dragon goddesses fell in love with a human, which is strictly forbidden, and this incident finally caused the village to be always covered by snow after that. The game then tells the daily life of the protagonist in the village, and finally links the story to the legend of dragon goddess.

Time for another update, and the translator stated this is the last update before Yuzuki's patch release. As for the updates, it's simply that the translator will pushing the release on either March or at the very latest April 1st (To honor Bishoujo Mangekyou 2.5 full translation patch release at last year), so yeah it's almost time for Ginharu full translation patch release. For a bit of elaboration, actually the translator tried to push Yuzuki's patch release on February, although he thought it can't be done because the hacker just got through surgery with said hacker bedridden from it. Oh yes, it also has status update, and it simply says 'Finishing QA'.
That's all for (Hopefully) the last update before Yuzuki's patch release.

First update in 2024, and turned out it's still not in regard of Yuzuki's patch release. Oh well. Anyway, may as well copy paste the info from the blogpost below.
No idea on why they still working on QA again, although perhaps it's because Ginharu is indeed has a lot of issues, especially in regard of line breaks and also probably want to make sure there's no error left in the route. There's also the matter of adding subbed ending and translating the image, which even Tsurezure is not be able to do so (Insert the subbed ending), so at least there's quite a dedication there.
That's all for the first update in 2024.

Yuzuki's patch is exactly what you say as final full patch, and if you remember Trip he always release the patch route by route with the last route patch contain all previously translated routes. So yeah, Yuzuki's patch includes all of the translated route beforehand.
PS - For trivia initially the final patch would be called as Mizuha's patch, but because Trip quit the project and the new translator work on Mizuha's route first before decided to work on Yuzuki's route, the final patch is now called as Yuzuki's patch.

It's been a while since I post the update, although I'm very late to post it on this thread because it already available for few days. Anyway, as for the current progress Yuzuki's route has been finished it's QA work, which mean all of Ginharu has been done with QA work. It's still not done yet though, because there's remaining progress that Daybreak currently working on, namely preparing for the final build which involving fixing the remaining bugs (Line breaks and date system) before finally release Yuzuki's patch.
That's all for the update, and I hope the next update is in regard of Yuzuki's patch release even though it's still up in the air because the circumstance can be change.

And sorry that this has been taking so long, but we will get to the finish line. Cheers

I doubt that has anything to do with the project, the leak isn't even worth using since it has issues, missing QA and has text box issues.
I won't be using the leaked patch at all; I'll continue to wait until the translator releases the patch themselves and not from a leaker who had no permission to do so.

We have the latest progress, and said progressive currently Yuzuki's route in under QA (And already finished second pass) which apparently mean that it enter the final phase before the release, so perhaps we may have Yuzuki's patch before 2024, although once again the situation can be changed seeing the number of the unfinished works and real life matters. That's all for the update here.

It's been a while since the update, and this time the update (The source) is kind of big.
The first update is we have the update for Mizuha's patch was released, so in case you've been waiting for the fix because a number of typo you can get the update in their website (The link to the MEGA page for the update).
The second update is in regard of Yuzuki's QA which will start in a week, or if we base it from the posting date it'll be on 11th later. With the QA time announced, it can be seen as Irru already finished his editing work. That said, as for the chance to get Yuzuki's patch as Christmas gift, I don't really know seeing that there's still much work left with one of those is applying the subbed ending song for Mizuha's route.
That's all for the most recent update in regard of Ginharu.

Two more bar is now in green, so at least there's more progress (If the green bar really meant it).
As for the other routes, I may as well assume that the translator already done with QC (Or rather inserting the edited and QC-ed text into the in-game files) seeing that the Discord chat screenshot from NowItsAngeTime Youtube shorts that has the translator said he already inserting the text for Licia's chapter with the chat is from April 11th. There's also one of the user in Youtube did ask the Eustia guy, and the guy mention that he'll try to release it soon and sometimes in this year, although looking from how it currently going I may as well expect early 2024 release at best, because real life business can't be predicted easily. Of course though if we can see it somehow released in this year (Possibly as the Christmas prize), then good for the translator.

Just want to get two VN's off my list I didn't like too much and therefore dropped.

The first is Kin'iro Loveriche - a story about a boy accidentally ending up in a noble private academy for rich kids. Felt a bit like a poor man's Yuzusoft VN. Not the worst thing to be compared with, but the VN has a few peculiarities which I found rather off-putting. First, the protagonist is lazy, dumb and perverse, which made the whole heroine cast fawning over him rather unbelievable. Carrying tons of porn magazines around, drawing nude girls in lessons instead of studying and 'enlighten' his comrades about new fetishes on a daily base like a pimp. And not to mention the running gag going on about his countless hardcore sex fetishes - you get the picture!
That said, I wouldn't go so far to say that he's a bad guy, and his interactions with Ria in particular were almost mature and well above the rest. Unfortunately, besides Ria the rest of the cast was pretty generic. I played Elle's route, which was trash, with no chemistry whatsoever between the two and little to no plot. I also tried Sylvia's route, but almost died of boredom and Sylvia's absolutely bland personality didn't help either. And I found Reina's 'I'm more lude than you' attitude pretty annoying, so I just skipped it. Maybe Ria's would have been better, but it just wasn't worth having to go through all the other routes, just to 'maybe' get a decent route. Besides Ria, I had an odd liking for Akane, but she didn't seem ready for a relationship yet and especially not with the protagonist.
Though to be fair, it's not the worst moege you can play and I've certainly played worse. However, this VN had a strong 'lude & cute' vibe going on, which I simply found unfitting and tasteless. Just not my cup of tea.
Heroine ranking: Ria > Akane > Don't care
    Overall rating 5/10

I also played Amatsutsumi, but didn't like it. First, from the three Purplesoft VN's I've played so far, this was certainly the most boring one by far, with absolutely nothing happening whatsover. But well, a VN can still get decent without much plot if it offers at least good romance. However, the protagonist was apparently taken straight out of a nukige. Pretty much a walking boner who barely thinks about anything else than sex and seems to think that the world is his personal brothel. He therefore bangs all the heroines already in the common route - who needs a romance anyway? Ironically, the VN would have been way better if it would have been at least honest enough to fully commit to a nukige. Instead it tried an inbetween ride with the most misplaced and unfitting H-scenes you can imagine. Kinda "Oh I'm so down and depressed - let's f*ck?!" cringe.
I also found the character designs - with the exception of Mana maybe - rather bland in comparison to previous works, with HapyMaher in particular standing out with an incredible audio-visual design. Though, to be fair, the visual effects of many backgrounds (usually involving water) in this VN are off the charts.
While all PurpleSoft VN's I have read so far had their issues, they at least got the basics of romance right. This VN fails even at that. So yeah, if that's the future of PurpleSoft VN's, it'll be a future without me.
    Heroine ranking: Don't care
Overall rating: 3/10 (I added one bonus point for the visual effects)

An update with currently Yuzuki's route is at halfway translated, or rather approxtimately halfway translated because the translator ask Irru about the progress a couple week ago with the progress at that time was about a third edited. Anyway with the editing work is still ongoing, obviously there won't be March or April release anymore, so let's just wait for Yuzuki's patch release here.
PS - In case you're concerned about Mizuha's route fix/QA, it's already been finished. That said, the team decided to withhold the release that contained fixed Mizuha's route, so that they can release it alongside Yuzuki's patch.

There's an update from the Daybreak Translation member on Reddit, and I feel that it would be better to fully quote his post below. By the way I'm very late to repost the update here.
So yeah the update can be concluded as the team still working on Mizuha's route QA, and more importantly Irru finally began his editing work on Yuzuki's route. That said, since there's real life matter, Daybreak can't make an estimation on when the exact date of Yuzuki's patch release, but at least the plan is still to release the patch within 2023, so let's wait and see if we can see Yuzuki's patch release before December 31st at the latest.
