I already install the game and install the restore sex scene patch(copy it into game folder and run apply_diffs.bat file
and then i copy my old 100% save file into moenovel folder in user.
But then i open the game i see the cloud picture and there's nothing new in galary(cg)
Someone help,i heard that the old save game doesn't compatible with the patch
Am i doing it right ?

Common route patch is going to be released next Monday if everything works out as planned. I'll begin translating the next route (Mio) next week.

Clearly, the Japanese government has hired a bunch of hackers to harass the hell out of these server hosts.

You need to change both. If the time zone is not in Japanese the error will popup when it tries to load a sprite.
 
Alternatively, just click this link, download the file, unzip it, place the exe in the game folder (but don't overwrite the old one) and just run it:

Select "Region and Language" and then this box should appear:
 



 
After that, just change the Format to Japanese.
 



 
Edit: Wait, now that I read it again, it looks like Christfall said to change the time zone and not the format. If so, then it should be in the "Date and Time" settings. I thought he is talking about the format since he said to change the thing in the Region and Language settings. But he said to change the time zone in the Region and Language settings so I'm not really sure.

You need to change the time zone to Japanese as well in the regional and language settings and it shall get rid of the error. It is a common issue in all of Favorite's games (not just Irosekai) but this is a universal solution to them all. 
 
There is also a patch that will also solve the issue (but for this one game only) but I'll need some time to find it, will update this post later if you still need it.

That's like saying: mozart is awesome but his stuff is 300 years old so it doesn't really matter anymore.
Age on its own doesn't diminish a product's value (well unless that product is food that can go bad), the fanbase loves Clannad, therefore it's logical to think that if they release this product people will want to buy it. Nothing wrong with it being 10 years old. And i'm sure if we support it then we will see even bigger and more recent titles. It's all about creating a solid foundation.

Oh shit youre right. Lets ignore this since its only maybe the biggest VN release and says that Visual Arts is ready to release in the West. Silly me for being happy.

I think that a lot of people including myself would prefer a real translation and do care for it.

Who needs a real translation when you can have a live play through with my Cocoro@Function! video series?
 
On a more serious note, I look forward to playing this game mdz seeing as I thoroughly enjoyed the aforementioned. Keep it up.

I don't have plans of translating Cocoro@Function after I finish this game. But if PullTop [or Latte] releases a new game that I really like the design of, then I'll probably go with that next [if I'm to do another project]. 
 
KoiRizo does have 18+ content, so I don't see why I'd cut it out. 

Not very people know Binbougami ga, huh? That's what I recommend, it's very good. And the references are priceless.
