VN that focus on weather as part of the atmosphere
Silvz replied to Funyarinpa's topic in Visual Novel Talk
I guess Cartagra happens during the winter. Swan Song has a lot of snow after the earthquake, so I think you'd like it if you still haven't read. I don't think there is something similar enough to SR [which is sad] edit: I don't think it is exactly what you want, but the steampunk series [sharnoth and Inganock] have a lot of smoke in the air. Like, a lot. -
Yes, *cough* non-porny *cough*. Not to mention Inganock depicts a relationship between an adult man and an underaged girl in it's purest form. I think you're going a little bit overboard on what might, and might not happen. If anything, there's a chance for the Steampunk Collection, but don't expect any of the original 18+ games on Steam anytime soon. Yurirei-san is suddenly making a lot of press coverage; too bad most of it is the kind of news you often see on the first pages of tabloids. Even tha japanese game news coverage sites are already talking about it. I actually wonder how are the guys at Liar-Soft feeling now. In one way or another, it's a chance for MG to gain more publicity for themselves and visual novels as a genre; the rest depends on them and their approach to this whole situation. Actually, they are more like father and daughter, not lovers '-'

I also thought the H stuff was misplaced. It would be nice [maybe] if it was in the story, but they didn't make any difference outside of it :<

What is the best Visual Novel you've ever played and why?
Silvz replied to luciodragao's topic in Visual Novel Talk
Umineko no Naku Koro Ni because Bernkastel. It is a great novel, with incredible characters and setting. -
But does it stop when it gets to unread texts in "already read" days? Like, I've read the game once, on my second playthrough, will it stop at different texts even if I've alredy read the whole game?
-
Yes, I do. It is marked. However, it feels like it really doesn't work, but when I'm sure there isn't any old text [after march 15], I'll test it again.
-
Is there a fix to it? Instead of skipping only previously read text, it skips everything :< I did some research and it seems that it is an old problem, so maybe someone found a solution to it.

GENTE N DEIXA O SAMBA MORRER

Oi, sou do Rio.

I just can't stop laughing lol

I didn't see them as the same person at first. Technically they are from the same '""series""", right? I don't see a lot of similarities between them even so.

I've finished Cartagra a few days ago, and started Kara no Shoujo right after it. What I noticed right away is that Cartagra cgs and sprites look way better than KnS, so I guess that MG got some HD images from Innocent Grey? Another thing is that Hatsune, Cartagra's best girl got a new look in KnS. Did the artist change between these two games? And, until now, I think Cartagra CGs are prettier than KnS.
