Don't feel like Fuwa is as warm a place as it was before.
Through perhaps the last 1-1.5 years, with the departure of many beloved members, it's started to feel like Fuwa's slowly losing what held it together as a community.

Whilst knowing the people can make it a comfortable place, I also find it highly interesting to get to know new people.
For instance, there's these three 'new' members who have no avatar -- yet I know them all as distinct entities. Unthinkable! There's a number of new people flowing in at all times (and of old people disappearing), and it is fun to see how some of them stay for good.
Edit: I mean, I've been here about as long as you. A lot of people have come and gone, but that's just natural. The community changes with time. But it's still there, though not as you remember it.

Gonna be on my way to Holland in six hours. Might be absent until Monday/Tuesday.

I think I might have found circumstantial evidence that our fellow Zeno is a /r/visualnovels mod.

I persuaded two people to play Umineko today. It has been a good day (also told one about VLR)

Dad broke his wrist. Apparently, he'll be stuck on a wheelchair for some months...

To the select few that give a shit: Factory-resetting my Xperia solved the issue of it shutting down when it stays on standby for too long. I kinda like the Style View cover (though opening/closing with one hand is a hassle and it doesn't stay properly on a table) and since apparently third party magnetic chargers can damage the phone's magnetic charge port in the long run, I am going to shell out another $45 (more or less) to buy an official charging dock.

Dammit... my Xperia might be defective (sometimes shuts down during standby for no apparent reason, possibly overheating) so I'll try safe boot and factory reset, then update(as if anyone is gonna see this, ha.)

safe boot works without this issue it seems, but not 100% sure though, also I'd much rather spend a minute to reset the device now and then than have the Samsung's cheap design and overwhelming UI
Gonna try leaving it on normal mode with no apps running and on charge, if it still dies, this phone's going back. (to be replaced by none other than another z3 compact because I fucking LOVE it)

So member title changes are awards for contributing to the community, I wonder what I did to gain "Conductor Of The Poop Train" around 300 posts. By the way, thanks for that NB
