Which heroine would I pick, you ask.... I'd pick the bad ending where the protagonist dies, I'm sure I'd be doing him a favor. In fact, in this situation you can't even call it a bad ending can you?

Speaking from experience, just TL aggregator + JParser is definitely not enough. For two reasons that I experienced. One, is the infinity of onomatopoeia (sound words) that japanese has, and JParser does not cover them all up, so you have to look them up often. Another one, most important, are proverbs (kotowaza) and figurative speaking. For example, reading Da Capo 3 this line just came up 喉から手が出るほどに欲しいもの. This part 喉から手が出る, literally means something like "A hand reaching up from the throat". I was like "Wut?". Then I googled it, and got a link for this site http://kotowaza.avaloky.com/index.html (I use it often actually), and I found out it's an expression used when you want something very very very much, basically. So no, don't restrict yourself to only JParser, you'll have limitations.

Oh, they've finally showed Locket-kun, ohisa o/ This chapter made me feel like the manga is approaching it's end, though. Something like, Shuu (#1) will give Raku a punch in the face or something (like Raku did on him, though I'm not sure it was a punch, maybe a kick, when Shuu was letting the teacher go away without confessing) and make him realize his feeling for Chitoge in some way. This is all part of my conjecture game and I could be terribly wrong, but I think it's likely.

I've been reading VN's for a good year and a half now, and in all, ALL, there's always someone who starts out in love with you already (damn you osananajimis, I hate you). I'd love to read something more realistic. For example (anime example, but I think it's good) in Toradora, where none of the main characters start out in love with each other, instead, they're in love with other people. That, that's what I'd love to read in a VN, the heroines (not all, but at least one) in love with another person, and then in her route her interest shifts. It'd also be realistic if the MC had someone he likes right from the start, and his interest shifts with the choices you make. There's very few of this sort out there, I'm sure, but there's bound to be some. Of course, I'm taking untranslated one also, so shower me with them ^^

Actually, I want to learn that too. I'm on a computer science's degree in college, about to start my second year. I've learned a lot about programming already, and I can read/write in binary/text files (C language only, though). Hmm, my guess, it's that what you need to do is find the files with the scripts, write something to extract those and save it in another archive in proper text format. In that file, you translate the game, etc. Then, write something else to rewrite the original game script files with the translated text in original binary format. This is all just conjecture, I never looked in detail how the process works. My question is, the first extraction, with the untranslated text, if I just use the ASC II table to convert the binary to text, will it convert to japanese? I don't think I've seen japanese on ASC II table.
