  1. Just wondering, are you affiliated in any way with the youtube account "Censored Gaming," or did you just pull that graphic from a google search or something? Not that it's a big deal, it's just colored text, only a tiny bit odd that you're using their exact logo. Edit: just now saw the attribution note on the blog, sorry, missed that earlier.
  2. I'll be getting it when arcade ladder mode drops... I prefer learning characters against CPU instead of just diving into multiplayer straight from training mode.
  3. Just saw this, would be interested in learning to play some time if you do hold another session.
  4. I picked this up in the Steam sale, and I've been playing so much that my thumb is numb. Crazy fun, I'm playing on hard and the bullet hell bosses really take some effort to beat. I can't even imagine how hard it would be on the two locked difficulties.
  5. LiquidShu referred me here from my other thread, stopping by to say hi. If we have game overlap hit me up if you want to play sometime -- I don't tend to get too competitive, mostly just enjoy trying all the different characters with friends and sometimes getting wrecked online. Right now I'm playing Nitroplus Blasterz (PS4), and will probably pick up SFV (PC) on release. Other than that, I have Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax (PS3), Soul Calibur IV (PS3), Killer Instinct S1 (Xbone), then on PC I have MK2, MK9, MKX, Injustice, Skullgirls, and Vanguard Princess. I also technically have USF4 (PC) but it's a bit late for me to noob it up in that scene lol. Cool, I'll have to try it out.
  6. Cool, I'll check it out. I've been considering getting into USF4, but I might just start with SFV instead when it comes out. Nice! Yeah, lag can be pretty important for online, but you don't know until you try. I kinda wish I sprung for a physical copy, they have nice inserts with all the movesets printed up.
  7. So, "Nitroplus Blasterz: Heroines Infinite Duel" came out for North America on PS3 and PS4 yesterday. Anyone else get it? It's a fighting game using Nitro+ visual novel characters like Saber, Saya, etc., mechanics seem pretty solid and I'm enjoying ti so far.
  8. I went with Eustia for definite #1 pick. Then, I'd be happy if they got anything by Eushully, really.
  9. It's ok, just D-mail it to yourself later.
  10. Yeah, I'm really enjoying this series. So far, probably Elsie. You?
  11. Marathoning TWGOK, halfway through S2 right now.
  12. Congrats, and thanks! I'll have to get going on this.
  13. G-Senjou was my first VN and I gave it a 10... I'm pretty sure that if I read it now I wouldn't rate it quite that highly, but that was my subjective enjoyment at the time so the score is accurate in a way. There's no need to maintain objectivity over time unless you're regularly showing other people your scores and have to justify them -- it's there primarily for you to go back and remember how much you liked a VN. I think you should just go with your gut for scores, and not worry about it so much. You don't need to go back and modify scores, if you reread that's an opportunity to update the score. Edit: Apparently I don't follow my own advice, it looks like I changed GSNM to a 9 after the fact. Still I think too much revisionism isn't necessary, I'll follow my own words in the future. =/
