I'm interested in books, animation, and all sorts of story-telling media.
I relish the experience of being transported into a setting, standing behind the characters' shoulders or in their shoes, and witnessing the plot unfold.
I'm curious to explore and understand the implications and possibilities of the setting, identities, struggles, and interactions of the characters, and the ideas expressed by the author.
I hold an interest towards the craft that is prose and scene construction, as well as the choice of medium and story structure, and overall concept.

Fundamentally, I seek an understanding of topics which interest me. Specific technical or cultural topics, fiction, story and game design, people (people's differing opinions and identities) and human activities (study of online and local communities, human interactions).
I prefer the cooperate exploration of a topic; I believe pathos has no place in debate.

I am a realist, but not a cynic. The truth is unchangeable, but how you choose to perceive the world and what you what you decide to care about are completely in your hands. I suppose one is somewhat fortunate if one has the freedom to make what one wishes of their life.

I am an optimistic in that I choose to love and treasure my ideals and interests. They are a large part of who I am.
I think it's more interesting to see the merits of things rather than get angry or scoff at them. Positive emotions are a wonderful thing, though most negative emotions are a problem and need to be handled in order to have control and act as who you want to be.

Morals are a flawed and arbitrary creation, but I still appreciate them as a set of values that one wishes to uphold, a while acknowledging practical limitations and human flawedness.

I prefer simple solutions, but complex problems are interesting too. If you do not plan to take action to change something, I am of the opinion that one should probably not worry about it.
