It's really interesting to see the new members form their own groups. It's as if the old members who shaped Fuwanovel are slowly disappearing and starting to not care about the site anymore. I personally am one of those people, and while it's not meant to be a bad thing, a lot of old members who used to be active are starting to realize how much this site has turned. There really is no unity on Fuwanovel at this point. It used to be a site dedicated to finding a common interest and banning together on site projects/ideas, but now it's just a haven for social cliques. Anyways, not trying to be a negative Nancy. Congratulations on 1,000.

Here are the price increases: First Zone (Asia): 300 yen Second Zone (North America, Middle and Near East, Oceania): 500 yen Second Zone (Europe): 400 yen Third Zone (South America, Africa): 300 yen This is in additional to weight calculation. These are minimum prices.

Starting from June 1st, 2016, Japan Post will increase their shipping fees for EMS. Okay, I knew Lantis was pathetic for creating the exact same story in the anime with the same cookie cutter characters, but I didn't think they would literally copy the Maki, Eli, and Nico BiBi group setup with the exact same characters and clothing style. This is seriously the most pathetic shit I have ever seen. This series is literally the Sakura series of visual novels - copy/paste everything for free money. At this point, the only saving grace for this new series is the fact that one of the VAs apparently speaks fluent English. That will be very interesting for international releases.

Giving up English and my American heritage would be too difficult. If I were younger, maybe, but I am turning 26 in a month and since school is finished for me, I don't see a reason to give up my native language. Not only that, but as a teacher who knows that after the age of 5 learning a language is never quite the same, I wouldn't risk it. As an English speaker, I can teach anywhere in the world at all sorts of levels (elementary, middle, and high school + college) and learn the language while living in a new country. As a non-native speaker, it will be a lot more challenging to find a country that needs me to teach that language.

Confession 1: My ex-girlfriend and I still have sex as fuck buddies. It's starting to be a routine thing twice a week. I just find it funny that every other country in the world seems to attack America for its problems. As a language major who has visited many countries all over the world, I don't think it's fair, let alone respectful, to comment on what others believe are corrupt systems. I've been to France 7 times in my life, and do you think I am more qualified to talk about its politics and the culture as a whole as say @Down is? Absolutely not. Do you think I understand Japan better than someone who has lived there their entire life? Probably not.

People are right you know. If you really haven't lived in this country (let alone visit it), I don't see how you can make this detailed of an analysis and expect to understand our political system. Commenting on it is fine, but what bothers me is when my friends from other countries just assume I am some gun wielding idiot and that our country sucks. I legitimately had a friend ask me why I live in this country. I like my state, and I like my country. Is it perfect? No. Is any country perfect? No. Still, just because I like living here doesn't mean I'm wrong.
