Wow dungeons and dragons, I remember getting the first Monster Manual as a gift. Still have it actually. Tried playing a couple times but I was never 100% into it. Had a lot of friends that were though. They keep telling me my old books are worth money. I doubt it though but they are in new condition. Well newish

  4. Oh wait, one more my wife just mentioned. (Thanks Kotomi) Natsume Yuujinchou: Plot Summary: Natsume Takashi has the ability to see spirits, which he has long kept secret. However, once he inherits a strange book that belonged to his deceased grandmother, Reiko, he discovers the reason why spirits surround him. Containing the names of these spirits, a binding contract was formed between the spirits and the owner of the book. Now, Natsume is determined to free the spirits and dissolve the contracts. With the help of a spirit cat, his days are filled trying to return the names to these spirits. I realize that season 4 (i think) came out last year but threr have been 4 seasons of a show that is both light-hearted and tender. Very AMAZING slice of life anime.
  5. Whoop good one!! Reserved till I get home (on phone ATM) Ok, hmmm, where to start... Ushio & Tora : Plot Summary: Ushio thinks his father’s tale of an ancient demon is nuts, but when he finds the monster in his own basement, Ushio has to take another look at the family legend. 10 episode OVA that is action, adventure, comedy, horror, supernatural and 100% kick ass. You wil laugh your ass off. Beet the Vandel Buster : Plot Summary: It is the dark century and the people are suffering under the rule of the devil, Vandel, who is able to manipulate monsters. The Vandel Busters are a group of people who hunt these devils, and among them, the Zenon Squad is known to be the strongest busters on the continent. This is a unknown anime that NEEDS and MUST be seen by all. 52 Episodes of pure AWESOME!! Zombie Loan : Plot Summary: Michiru Kita is a special girl who possesses Shinigami Eyes, which allows her to see a dark ring around a person's neck. This ring symbolizes the person's impending death; once they are marked to die, a gray line, which is invisible to normal people, appears on their neck, and once the ring turns completely black, the person dies. Chika Akatsuki and Shito Tachibana, two boys in her class, both have black rings around their necks, but to her surprise, they are not yet dead. It is revealed that after a tragic accident that was supposed to kill them both, the two boys made a deal with a secret loan office called the Zombie-Loan. In return for keeping them alive, the two have to hunt zombies for the loan office. When Michiru gets involved with them, she finds that her life has just become more complicated. This one is not as unknown per say, but a lot of newer anime fans need to see this gem. Very good it has action, adventure, fantasy and supernatural elements. Really quality show. Ok, seriously I can go on for hours. Ill stop there unless more people ask for me to keep going. Sorry Batman not 50, just 3 to start lol
  6. Give till episode 6. If you still don't like it, fine. There's some great comedy there just shut off your brain and enjoy it. It's not Shakespeare, but its funny and cute
  7. Bamboo Blade!!!!!! Sooo good and underrated! Not a bad episode in the bunch not to mention Tama-chan kicks serious ass
  8. Fair enough. Season 2 really is what makes k-on great. But like I said earlier, it's all subjective. Opinions vary. You don't have to like it Actually just skip to season 2, you won't miss anything really. Meh it's an option!
  9. Hey now, as one of the "old Dogs" I take offense to that. I used to stream Anime. Still do on Crunchroll every once and a while. But I always found streaming a hassle, ads and the amount of time it takes for the streaming site to even get the anime. I can get a Raw version sometimes a couple hours after it airs in Japan. Not to say I do that all the time. As I mentioned earlier, I buy what I like, but I download the rest. Download>stream its faster, I have epic internet, and I get to have the show, like Alden_0023 said
  10. Going old school and watching Ranma ½.

  13. Psh I said we were busy, but noooooo. Lol Great work Tay!!!
  14. I can put you in touch with someone in the New York area who can answer your questions. War is hell man, I did 3 tours. Over 20 years serving as a Marine it's a calling its not for everyone. However the National Guard is a good way to serve. Have many friends in the NG. If you want shoot Me a PM if you wanna talk or have any questions. That's a big decision and I would recommend educating yourself about what to expect, so your prepared(as you can be)
  15. Its about time, you slacker!! Congrats Batman!! and I was just sitting there shocked. Adjusted your spoiler tags just a bit to hide everything. :)/>
  16. Thats a reasonable request. We have some things were working on at the moment, that take precedence, so hold that thought.
  17. For me there is only one that comes to mind. Having spent my entire adult life as a US Marine, this strikes home for me. “Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children. This is not a way of life at all in any true sense. Under the clouds of war, it is humanity hanging on a cross of iron.” ― Dwight D. Eisenhower Yes, thats a quote arguing the merits of war!!
  18. +10000000000000000000 Do it now!!
  19. Ok.... More hate coming my way. I HATED Puella Magi Madoka Magica!!!! Soooooo over-hyped. I was so disappointed I actually gave away the copy I bought. Maybe I had too high expectations, but man that was horrible! (Again my opinion, and you know what they say about opinions)
  20. you become a brilliant artist then you lose your hands in a random ninja attack (yes that happens) I wish I had a harem of women to serve me night and day.
  21. I'd have to make 1000000000 posts to completely answer that man. Im going to have to think about that........ I'd have to say Panty & Stocking and Garterbelt. I went into it thinking it was going to be stupid Cartoon Network type show, but what I got was a crude, vulgar, funny and utterly epic show that I actually own on both DVD and Blu Ray. As far as disappointing hmmm.... I'm probably going to make some people mad but Code Geass really disappointed me! I was really excited about it when it came out but it fell flat. (My opinion of course)
