Description:
The story of Snow starts when the main protagonist Izumo Kanata visits a small village called Ryujinmura (village of the dragon god) to help his cousin Tsugumi manage a local hotel with hot springs. In the village there is an old legend: In ancient times, the village is protected by the dragon goddess. However, one day the dragon goddesses fell in love with a human, which is strictly forbidden, and this incident finally caused the village to be always covered by snow after that. Hi everyone, I would like to introduce you to the release of the 1st episode of our visual novel!
It is absolutely free and is a demo version of the game.
A full walkthrough of all the options in episode 1st will take 12-15 hours to complete.
The novel already has more than 150 CG, lots of sprites and backgrounds, more than a hundred music tracks!
Scenario:
Terian - author of the top-1 mod to Everlasting Summer of all time, "Buns, Kefir and Rock and Roll" (unfortunately, there is no english translation), mod has over 100,000 subscribers and over 5,000 comments.
Novel artists:
The character artwork is the responsibility of Orika Nekoi, who has worked on several projects, such as Moe Era, Wet Steps, Herbalist.
The backgrounds were drawn by several people, the famous one being Shumoi (Moe Era)
Original soundtrack:
Pazetic Ocean (Moe Era, Milk Inside Bag...2) and Leety
Feedback from players will help us make our game better and motivate the developers to finish the game faster. Moreover, we want to create a warm fan community for our game, which will grow with each episode.
Each episode is purchased separately (the first episode is free). When the game is released in its entirety, those interested will be able to purchase all episodes together as a bandle.
By the end of development, we plan to release a game containing:
- 3 routes of 28 days each;
- Additional endings;
- Over 80 hours of reading;
- Various bonus materials.

Let me take a moment to delve into the narrative that Echoes of Home weaves. The story orbits around Asahi, a young student whose life takes a tragic turn as he loses his parents in a car accident. Forced to abandon the bustling life of Tokyo, he returns to his hometown where Kanae, the cherished friend of his late mother, takes him under her wing. However, Kanae's warm embrace isn't the sole surprise awaiting him... enter Kotone, her spirited daughter, showcasing a strong tsundere disposition. This dynamic sets the stage for an array of fascinating characters – from the fervent gamer Fuka to Hiroshi, a childhood friend providing steadfast support. Not to mention, the presence of Satori, the school council president, and Sonata, a dominant classmate, Kanon classmate and a renting girlfriend and among others.
First you will select school club and job, you'll uncover fantastical elements within the story. Asahi possesses the unique ability to delve into the dreams of others, fostering captivating interactions with those who share a slumbering proximity. Dreams unveil desires, fears, and memories, enriching the storytelling experience.
Your objective is to seamlessly integrate into the new school, establish meaningful relationships, and acquaint yourself with all the diverse characters. The path you choose is entirely yours to navigate, allowing for the formation of romantic connections or even the creation of a harem. The story refrains from steering you in a singular direction, and in the future, you'll have the agency to play as either a benevolent angel or one who introduces a touch of mischief to the lives of those around.
At present, our prototype features 20 characters (both primary and supporting), with plans to incrementally expand this roster in future releases. In upcoming iterations, it will be perfectly acceptable not to encounter specific locations or characters based on your chosen decisions.
Delving into the gameplay mechanics, Echoes of Home presents a myriad of engaging features:

However, the story version is yet to reach completion. Originally developed using the Ren'Py engine, we are transitioning to the GODOT engine in the next version, ensuring a more expansive narrative.
Secondly, during the course of development, we encountered a regrettable misstep in the creation of CGs and BGs, as we inadvertently drew inspiration from another visual novel. Despite two months spent in complete redraws, this situation proved challenging. Nevertheless, it imparted valuable lessons about the significance of originality. Over the past two months, we've been meticulous in our approach to references, prioritizing absolute originality and creativity.
Our team is committed to the continuous development and refinement of the game, emphasizing quality over quantity. While these are our ambitious plans, we acknowledge that they may evolve as we navigate the realities of the development process.

I've done a few horror games in the past, but more on the grotesque/hilarious side (Love Bites and Love Notes). Now I am trying to do my first pyschological horror visual novel with adventure and minigames gameplay:
I am going to use first person view during the adventure gameplay, and visual novel “cutscenes” to tell the story.

I was wondering if you have any suggestions on what to implement in a psychological horror story, I have already a plot in mind, but about the adventure gameplay, I’m currently thinking of having some “sudden death” scenes (they happen if you don’t do things correctly). A bit like in some old adventure games I played many years ago.
I automatically save the game before such events, so players can click “try again” and they don’t lose too much time in case they die. Is this a good idea or could potentially frustrate players ?

Main Premise

We come across Nagamatsu while walking through the forest. Nagamatsu is here hunting a large monster. She doesn't really care about you or your problems. It's better to stay out of her business.
The Final Verdict
This game is a visual novel. It has beautifully drawn artwork. It takes place in a world filled with magic and mystery. It has an intriguing story with both major and minor choices. It has a gallery where you can view all the backgrounds, CGS, and music tracks.

Good morning! I can see it in your eyes that you are eagerly awaiting to begin this game. But before we begin, are you familiar with how this game will proceed? If not, allow me to enlighten you: this is a kinetic visual novel, and contains no traditional gameplay. These characters are bound by their own actions and circumstances, and as such, all you can do is simply watch as their story unfolds. I do not recommend on lamenting over their decisions, but please, feel free to have sympathy for these peculiar thespians.
This is a world inhabited those called "Paranormals" and "Casuals," who have endured a millennia-long hostility. After the Vampire Kingdom of Oltvenia - an ally to the Holy Casual Empire - is invaded, the threat of war hangs heavy in the air, and the future of the world falls to the hands of those who seek the "truth" and "justice."
Dreamsect follows two stories: one side being about Quartera Delux, a history major from the Holy Casual Empire who is determined to find the truth behind the invasion, and the other being Alexandrina Vasil, heiress to the Oltvenian throne who is unaware of the chaos that's bound to befall her and her kingdom.
Currently only the demo is out, which includes chapters 1-4 and their respective retrospectives, that follow Quartera's side of the story. The full game will have chapters 5-8 and their respective retrospectives, which follow Alexandrina's story. I'm aiming on getting the full game out by the end of the year. Also, if using auto-forward, the demo is around 9 hours, so uh, sit back and have fun!
Also, I should mention that there are scenes depicting heavy violence, strong language, and mature themes. I personally don't think it's enough to call it +18, but it is definitely for the mature crowd.

- Introduction: Girls' Frontline (少女前线) is a mobile strategy role-playing game for ANDROID EMULATOR ON PC developed by China-based studio MICA Team, where players control echelons of android characters, known in-universe as T-Dolls, each carrying a distinctive real-world zoom banger.
- The game was released in Mainland China on 20 May 2016 in Hong Kong and Taiwan on 18 January 2017, and in South Korea on 30 June 2017.
- And The global English version was released on 8 May 2018, while the Japanese version was released on 1 August 2018 under the title Dolls Frontline (ドールズフロントライン) due to the Girls' Frontline trademark in Japan already being held by another registrant.
- Also Girls' Frontline is a prequel of another game developed by MICA Team, Codename: Bakery Girl, released in 2013
- The Game is set in a War-torn future where tactical dolls, more commonly known as T-Dolls, are almost exclusively used for combat in place of humans, some having been repurposed from their previous life as civilian androids. The majority of the world is uninhabitable due to contamination from the Collapse Fluid, and much of humankind is dead. In 2062, the artificial intelligence of Sangvis Ferri (SF) spontaneously rebels against humanity, with their T-Dolls and robots killing their human masters and taking over nearby areas. - Enough copy and paste from the Wiki, I have been playing this game since August 2019 and being a daily login commander since, I'm very impressed how the writing and the world of this game set in, so I want to bring this to a bigger screen... (most GFL player already play this game on their pc) and no, only the visual novel part!
- The game currently have ~40 main chapter and ton of side story, not counting ~9 Collab story, and tons of Individual character event/story, each can last from 10 minutes to 3 hours!
- Goal: my goal is to preserve the game In an offline Visual Novel form, while keeping the "vibe" of the in game visual novel as close as possible including sprite Animation, sound and VFX
- Off course, this can't be done perfectly while I have some personal editorial bias toward the visual novel "quality of life" aspect, but don't worry, I will try to keep the script 100% to the original.
- The other goal is to create a general archive of GFL, including but not Limited to Sprite/CG/Music/Character info.
- And finally, here's the progress of this project and stuff to do that will be constantly updated:

that were part of MegaHouse Corp's much broader and longer-lived "ACTION FIGURE COLLECTION PLUS" Series.
i came by both of these Ladies all at once in late-2019,
and over 2020 i was able to upgrade them from their stock older OBITSU 23 and 24 cm. Doll Bodies
to the modern OBITSU 26.
i appropriated Lucy's Sailor Suit for Konomi... and greatly altered it to fit the OBITSU 26.
i made each of them new Bras, Panties, Stockings and Socks,
and reworked an existing Chinese Qipao to fit Lucy;

I'm thebackup, aka PixælSoft / Project Memoria, and I'm a VN dev. I've developed VNs such as Café Memoria and the Dating Sim! series of games, including Dating Sim! Luna's Lovely Summer (DSLLS) which is late in development (unfortunately my artist resigned due to personal issues, and currently looking for a replacement artist to pick up where she left off). I have to say one of the first VNs that inspired me to create my own are Kanon and Hourglass of Summer (that was like... 15+ years ago).
