Actually, it's simple. Use a hook which calls Locale Emulator function like this, and include LoaderDll.dll and LocaleEmulator.dll, you can run the game from any region.

@Saiph @MrPalloncini why don't you guy repack to update1.ypf, update2.ypf, etc. It should work if you remain like this update1>[folder name(E.g:ysbin, cgsys)]>all the files. And this to find Yu-ris's key(you need something to inject into the game's exe like cheat engine)

The game uses bitmap font, you can use GARbro to check in cgsys.ypf>font> (?). Technically, it only defines ASCII characters and the yst000011.ybn contains the info about the font, so it'll be really hard I'm afraid.

Use this tool. Simply put the scripts in input folder and run the .bat, check script folder if you choose "dump to .json", my document or in same directory if it's "dump to .xlsx"
About repacking there's no need to create new .arc, just create folder with structure like this Script>CVTD, put all scripts in CVTD folder and place in same folder with game.exe

and this tool to extract all script files at once, do not need key or anything, can add auto word-wrapping.
