    Yeah, I am using laptop. It's HP i3 8th Generation Laptop with Windows 10 OS and 8 GB RAM. I don't know what is exact reason. It is making whirring sound.

    Can anyone help me in solving my problem? My Computer is making noise when I open 2-3 things like browser, photoshop or anything. Then, it starts making noise. Can you help me in resolving this issue?
