If you don't, the game will crash as soon as the actual game starts up, as soon as dialogue would appear on the screen.

I have the same problem that it crashed as soon as the old guy spoke from the beginning, how do you add Supplemental Japanese Languages though?. i tried going to Start->Language Setting ->Language-> Add a preferred language and add Japanese language pack and it still crashed...  help pls
