Hello and thanks for the responses. I am sorry about the post being unclear do to my mistake. the post should have been about both ITH and vnr as separate programs both having the same issue. In the added screenshot below you can see that ITH is having the same issues that VNR is haivng, although ITH is actually givving me an error code. The H-Code I am using is /HS8@1EDEE:gdi32.dll

I've been trying to fix this issue for about a month now to no avail. whenever i try to read a vn from otomatope on vnr between 50-90% of the characters aren't caught by vnr. I don't have this issue with any other company and i have dozens of VNs that I've tried to recreate the problem with with no success. I attached an example screenshot
