I don't like what they did to VNDB at all, they made it more complicated than it needed to be, it was perfectly fine before this unnecessary change.

always, dont have time to pick choices one by one and see what i get. i play vn for the story however i did play charage/moege from time to time so the decisions part is unnecessary

Gonna be honest with you chief, I can't even remember the last time I read a VN, let alone finished one

Y'all read vns?  I just save them to my folder then alter my binary file to access the data directly.
That said, if I (hypothetically of course) were to read vns, I would say that my time spent with entertainment media is split based on my relative interest level in the current things I am consuming.  I'd say I spend on average twenty hours per week consuming entertainment media and on average about 40% of that is spent on reading vns, so about eight hours per week.

In a week? I guess it depends on the vn

I can usually get in about 2 to 3 hours a day on average

1-2 hours, less if I cum across an H scene.

As with others, time dictates what time I can spend reading VNs, so it is by no means daily that I read them, but when I do, it's normally 2 or 3 hours per VN. I can read multiple or none in a day. If I am particularly engaged, I can spend my every moment of free time on the particular title of interest.
However, this goes for any piece of entertainment, so if I'm engaged in an anime, manga, light novel, or game, then I will have no time for VNs.

I usually read a bit like 10-40 min a day most days during early parts of a VN then as I get more into it I put many hours a day in until I complete it then I take a break from VNs for a while until I feel like starting a new one.

To be honest, I'd recommend you to read just as much as you want. I mean, in the end they are just entertainment, and there's no real point in making yourself play them more than you want. Most likely, it will just lead to you burning out. That happened to me at some point.
That said, in my case it just depend on how much I like what I'm reading. If I'm really engaged and more or less free, I can easily spend every moment of my free time on reading. Though I don't really think this happened in a really long time... Usually it's just one or two hours a day.
Right now it's more or less zero.

These days my average is 0 minutes a day. But around once a year when I get the bug to play a VN again (and manage to find one that genuinely engages me) I will spend all my free time and likely procrastinate irl obligations to read it. This most recently happened to me with Dies Irae this past winter.

It really depends on my mood and schedule, but I'd say the norm is one-two hours a day + 3-5 hours when I'm totally free. I'm not the fastest reader, so having less than an hour means I won't bother touching a VN at all. Starting reading and getting nowhere is just plain depressing, even with short VNs, and more so with the Japanese giants.
If I really want to finish a VN, like with Maggot Baits lately or I'm really immersed, it can grow to 7-8 hours, but most of the time, I simply have too much stuff going on to afford that...

When I'm seriously playing a VN and I have nothing else that is demanding my attention (such as work) I will play it until it is complete or it is time to sleep... meaning up to fourteen hours in a day.

Prideful reacted to adamstan in How much do you play VN a day/a week?
If I have time, then it can be even up to 4-5 hours a day. Basically, if I start reading, it's hard to stop But on the other hand there are also days when I don't play/read at all, since there are also other things I want or need to do.
I like when VN has some kind of "chapters" or something, as that makes it easier to stop after reaching such breakpoint

Sorcery Jokers comes to mind (it literally is a school for technological magic users). Even though the magic is technology based, it's not really strong on science fiction (some characters have actual powers too). Also the high school setting is just a part of it. Two of the girls does have big boobs

Majikoi is Majikoi.  There really isn't anybody who copies Minato Soft's style.
Assuming you want things that are over the top...
Appare! Tenka Gomen comes to mind
    Onigokko
Kizuna Kirameku Koi Iroha (sort of a battle tournament school where people use magic weapons to fight one another in hopes of going pro)
Hyper→Highspeed→Genius (Above has 'main story' and 'charage' routes based on choices you make)
Tiny Dungeon series (probably the closest outside of Minato Soft games)
Kamikaze Explorer (no true route, but it has solid story for the heroine routes)
Yami to Hikari no Sanctuary (depending on your tastes, the atmosphere might be too dark, but it fits your basic requirements.  Protag is Momoyo-level brought down to earth, lol)
    World Election
    Primary Magical Trouble Scramble

There's a few fan-translated Swaneye VNs that have milf heroines: Hara Chuchu , Hara Kano , Maman Kyoushitsu . I've only played a little of Hara Kano but it looks like these are nukige-ish eroges with an emphasis on impregnation as well as incest for the applicable routes (each game includes the protagonist's mother and sister as heroine options)

Nobody's mentioned Funbag Fantasy yet?  Huh.  Tick Tack has Ai, but it won't make any sense without playing part of Shuffle! first (and that game's got ... availability issues).
As for nukige:  Nympho Sensei Ryoko and I assume Sweet Home probably does too.  There's also a bunch of really old, probably not worth bothering with G-Collections titles that have a MILF.  Come See Me Tonight, Kango Shicyauzo, and Do You Like Horny Bunny come to mind.  Amorous Prof. Cherry is essentially all this.

Have you tried playing KEY games? I'd recommend Clannad and Air. I also see that you haven't read Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate, and from your list on VNDB this is the best option for what you are looking for.

Grisaia no Kajitsu, without a doubt. I had actually read a few visual novels before, like Danganronpa and Phoenix Wright, but I didn't think of them as such at the time because I had no real knowledge about the medium. I actually experienced my first visual novel, which I have now forgotten the name of, sometime in the late 90's, but I didn't even realize it until recently because at the time I just thought of it as some random porn game.
Gaming has always meant a lot to me, but over the years as I've grown older and had to take on more responsibilities in life, I've become less and less inclined to waste time (I don't really like that term, but whatever) on gameplay-heavy games. I now prefer games that prioritize the story, and I've even started playing almost everything on Easy difficulty just to be able to experience that story without any hassle. That, in turn, made me take a real interest in visual novels, since they are so focused on that story element I'm seeking.
That spark ignited, I started picking up on people mentioning this visual novel called Grisaia no Kajitsu, or The Fruit of Grisaia, time and time again on some of the gaming websites and forums I frequent, and that made me more and more curious. Said and done, in early March 2018, I picked up Grisaia no Kajitsu and was hooked more or less immidiately. It was both fun, exciting and sad, and the story connected with me on a deeper level than anything I had ever experienced in a game or movie before.
Despite having read/played those other visual novels I mentioned earlier, I consider Grisaia no Kajitsu to be my first, because it was the first time I looked at something as such, and it opened my eyes to the medium and made me fall in love with it.
I've read a ton of visual novels since then and might even consider a few of them better than Grisaia no Kajitsu, but I think it will always hold a special place in my heart for taking my life in this direction.
